Terrible Customer Service
I ordered online 2 medicaments, choosed a collissimo pick-up point (shipping fee 5.90 euros), their web page first showed some kind of an IT error that it is not possible to load the google maps correctly, but at the same time it was possible to click on the collissimo pick up point (I choosed the closest post office) the order went to the next step - a payment, I paid, got the conformation. Then I reviewed my order and what I saw? The pick-up point was not saved in the system when I did order, in the order confirmation as a delivery method I didn't see the PICK UP POINT, just an address of it,I wrote immediately an e-mail and told that their web page was not working correctly and that I want to pick up my order in the PICK-UP POINT, they answered me that everything was fine and that they would send the order to the pick-up point I choosed. And later, what a surprise, as I saw in the tracking, the order was not sent to the Collissimo pick up point, just simple address was entered, it took 7 days, the order was travelling back and forth, finally it was left in the closest post office to the address indicated. The post office employers said that address was not entered correctly, the parapharmazen didn't send this order to the pick-up point as I asked, but simply to the address and in such cases the orders are left as "poste restante" with an extra fee, so I had to pay 4 extra euros, wonderful, I had already paid 5.90 for shipping, with 4 extra it was 9.90 for a small package that I had to wait 1 week, ridiculous, I could buy this medicament in the local pharmacy instead of the this mind-f.....First I didn't want to take this parcel with an extra fee, as it was a fault of the Parapharmazen not of me, I wrote them and asked to wait for a return and then re-send me the package to the PICK UP POINT as I had asked previously (I didn't get any answer). Then I read all this here I realised that it is better to lose 4 euros than to wait for a return (post office holds the parcels 15 days) and for a refund. Unfortunately Parapharmazen don't have paypal (I can guess- why...) and it takes too long time to open the case via bank to get the money back. As I see in the previous reviews they don't issue refunds without long fight. So, the lesson learnt, next time I will order from an another online pharmacy.
