I've recently joined Parasol, and I must say they've made the entire onboarding process seamless. I was set up very quickly, and given all the relevant information. The team is very responsive. No question is too small, and they're always willing to help. Georgia from the pensions department has been very supportive, helping me navigate on how to set up my pension with Parasol. I will highly recommend Parsasol to anyone looking for an umbrella company.

Parasol have been a great help in beginning my contractor role, onboarding was straightforward and staff are friendly, especially Melissa, whose assistance throughout the process has been great. I've recently joined Parasol and have been really impressed with the support I've received from the pensions team.
Lorraine Tench was extremely helpful throughout the process of setting up employer pension contributions to my existing PensionBee pension. She answered all of my questions clearly, explained the options available, provided several illustrations to help with decision-making, and responded quickly to emails.
When I accidentally submitted a form with the wrong contribution amount, Lorraine amended everything promptly and made the process completely straightforward.
