Giving a 1 because there is no zero
Giving a 1 because there is no zero. Posted a parcel to Australia on the 27th March, it still hasn’t arrived. Multiple contacts to customers services just gets glib sporadic replies of no value. Raised a claim which they closed because “someone “had apparently updated the system to show it was at the hub. It’s been at “the hub” on various entries since the 8th of April. Not sure what confidence that’s supposed to instill. Needless to say ..That was over a week ago and any attempts to get an update has been met with stoney silence. The parcel hasn’t moved either. Absolutely beyond poor service!!

Good start bad ending.
I ordered an 18oz large glass jar candle from eBay.Courier kept me updated with regular emails on when to expect my delivery and it arrived on time,delivered by a very friendly delivery man.Unfortunately that’s where the good news ends.As I started to unwrap the large amount of bubble wrap I felt something “move” and heard a “chink” and as I slowly pulled back the last sheet I found that the glass jar was completely shattered,with one quite large chunk of broken glass and countless smaller shards and tiny splinters.I took photographs then carefully lifted the box up and put the entire thing in the bin,as it was.Luckily because of the movement and chinking sound I had an idea what had happened so was very careful opening it or I could’ve had a very nasty cut! To be fair to the seller on eBay I contacted them straight away and told them what had happened,complete with photographs,and they were very nice and apologetic (even though it had obviously happened in transit so wasn’t really their fault) and less than 48 hours later I received a full refund so alls well that ends well.

If things go smoothly
If things go smoothly - which they should do as all Parcel2go are doing is acting as agents for a large number of carriers things are fine. However if something goes wrong dealing with them can be time consuming, frustrating and almost pointless as resolutions never seem to get finalised. A promised refund of non - required duties, falsely claimed from a customer in the US by Evri has never been returned to me. Parcel2go seem to stagger everything from insurance claims for missing parcels to accepting responsibility as agents when things go wrong to a point where the customer gives up! A recent case was reported to me as "Case closed" when it most certainly hadn't been , at least not to my satisfaction!
