am a registered business seller in the UK and have had two awful experiences with ParcelCompare:
Unauthorised Charges: I booked 6 parcels through their website based on the quoted prices. The actual weight and dimensions of all 6 parcels were strictly lower than what I entered. Despite this, ParcelCompare recharged my card for all 6 parcels without any prior notice, authorisation, or proof. After sending over 10 emails to resolve this, I have received absolutely no response.
Lost Return and No Refund: I accidentally dispatched a parcel with the wrong label and requested a return immediately upon pickup. They charged me £39 for a parcel that originally cost £13 to ship. It took 55 days for the parcel to be processed for return, but it never arrived. It has now been over 100 days; my parcel is lost, I am out of pocket for the return fee, and they refuse to issue a refund, claiming they are still "trying to locate the item."
Recommendation: As a legal UK seller, I strongly advise against using this company. Because they act as a third-party broker, their customer service and accountability are virtually zero. Buy your shipping labels directly from the couriers or use a reliable alternative like Parcel2Go

Immoral charges made
Immoral charges made. Having used Evri via Parcel2go, I received an overweight charge, with no evidence attached. When requesting this, I was told the burden of proof was on me. What an absolute fraudulent sham of a company. All i asked for was an image of the measured weight and calibration of the equipment. Awful way to behave
