False advertisement, bad service

I needed a medical item which fell out of my backpack before my holiday. So I sadly chose ParcelABC, becaus they promised, that if you choose the fast delivery, the item will be there in 3 days.
They gave me pickup options (date and times). I chose the earliest day and even chose a timeframe of 8 hours for pickup, so they have no scheduling problem. First: they picked it up 3(!!!) days after the chosen pickup date. Furthermore, AFTER they picked up the package, they wrote me a message, that the item will arrive not in 3 days, but in 18 days. WHAT? I will not even be in the country anymore at that time.
My request to please cancel everything (the same day they picked it up) and bring back the package they said: we can't, it is already on route. I even saw in the tracking, that the package was still in the pickup city.

The actual delivery confirmation Emails even shows, that I paid for the quick delivery, but they chose normal delivery.

Not do I not have my medical item now, I will not have it, when I come back home, because it will be in the country of my holiday. I don't even know now, how to manage to send it back to my home town, because I will not be in the country anymore.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES

Nobody collected my parcel even though …

Nobody collected my parcel even though I had been able to select a specific time, I waited in all day & the following day too, i ended up taking it to a depot. I gave a delivery address, but this was changed by you & then you were unable to deliver here, so my son had to contact to find where his parcel was, bad service

Sadly your reply doesn’t resolve or compensate for not one, but a few issues, that now shows us that your courriers are unreliable & a simple apology doesn’t help. I kept checking on line, each time it gave me an updated time collection, we were due to go out with friends, but waited in for a pick up that NEVER came, this was my sons Christmas present. I had to go to town to take to a depot, my son had to get transport to retrieve it
I chose you as I was able to book a small time window for collection, how wrong I was. I expected the least you would have done was to refund the cost of the bad service , the very least!!

We’re also very sorry that the delivery address was changed without your request, which then led to further confusion and meant your son had to get involved just to track down the parcel. That should never have happened, and we fully understand why this left you feeling let down.

Very incompetent

I wonder how a company of such incompetence can exist for so long. They were at least refunding me once canceled and only because I asked for the refund via PayPal. The workers at support have no clue about anything, can't answer questions, make it actually hard to approve the order but quick in collecting money, that's how we like it folks, right?!!
Avoid this company. Not worth the hassle.

I booked and paid for a shipment nothing happened

I booked and paid for a shipment, I kept getting asked the same question, I kept supplying the same answers. I tried to contact customer service, several times, no success. Never received shipping label. Am now attempting to retrieve my payment. Avoid.

Booked a DHL Express label which never…

Booked a DHL Express label which never came. The customer service asked me questions which would only be answered every other business day. Finally they found an issue with the label and they refused to refund me what I paid after spending 2 weeks asking me questions about my package instead of having these questions part of the online process I filled out! I am contacting my bank to reverse these charges, please do not use this service.

used to be good, now no deliveries!

I want to give zero but I can't. I used their servise three years ago, everything went well and i was satisfied. then i wanted to use their service again a month ago. they got my money and never ever picked up the package or deliver or contact me about anything. this is a SCAM. I will find a way to get my money back but don't spend your money or time using this service. all the positive review most be old as well
