The lockers work great when the couriers/delivery drivers know what they are doing. I had a significant issue with a package and Andrew V. From ParcelPending was incredibly helpful and empathetic. He also employed great detective work.

I want to say huge thanks to Tina from customer support, she was very helpful, super kind, and made the process super easy to do! I did it all over text message!
