I am writing to share my concerns…

I am writing to share my concerns regarding my experience at your centre. Regrettably, I found the service and overall atmosphere to be quite troubling.
It is disheartening to feel that the focus seems to be primarily on financial gain rather than the well-being of families in need. I genuinely believe that such places must prioritise support and care for vulnerable individuals, especially considering the sensitive nature of the work being conducted. I encountered particularly one individual, named Elizabeth Wanjiru, who I understand is the boss there. During my encounter, I found the level of bias and lack of empathy displayed by Ms. Wanjiru to be alarming. This experience left me questioning the standards upheld at your centre, particularly given its mission to support families in need. It is troubling to think that such behaviour could be tolerated in an environment that aims to provide care and assistance to vulnerable individuals.
I strongly urge the relevant authorities to conduct a thorough review of the centre, including an evaluation of the accreditation process and staff training protocols. It is crucial that your organization ensures the highest standards of care and professionalism are maintained, as this directly impacts those who depend on your services. Thank you for your attention to this important matter. I hope to see improvements in the future to better serve the families that rely on your centre.

Dear Andrew,

Thank you for taking the time to write this review, though we’re unable to locate any record of working with you. We’ve also found no indication of any discussions with myself, Elizabeth, as I am not directly involved in client interactions. Our dedicated contact team is specifically trained to handle all client communications, ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience without my direct involvement.

Additionally, we noticed that your review references services from March 2024, which raises some confusion given the time lapse before posting.

If you’ve genuinely engaged with Parent-Help, we’re happy to discuss your experiences further. However, at this time, we do not have any records or any means of discussing your review further about any potential engagement you may have had with us. Please feel free to reach out to us so we can identify you and know how best to respond to your concerns.

Best Wishes,
Elizabeth

Absolutely dreadful service on many levels

Absolutely dreadful service on many levels:
- sending zoom links just 3 minutes before the meeting was due to start.
-technical issues during the whole meeting with sound and video problems.
-miscommunication costs.
-supervisor not watching carefully what was happening.

Too many other problems

I had problems before, during and after the video consultation. I don't understand why a supervisor would write negative comments about your customer, not a good business strategy!

Some of the staff also have language problems

I left this company and joined an alternative company which is far more professional and cheaper!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

CHILD SUPER HAPPY EVERY TIME!

No review would be adequate enough to describe the happiness and joy bought to my child thanks to the professional conduct on the part of the co-ordinators and contact supervisor. This is a top-tier contact centre with an empathetic and conciliatory approach towards both parents in the interest of the child's best experience. Prompt, flexible with venue choices, session extensions and smooth with handovers. Super highly recommended!

Parent help provides excellent support and training for its workers and resources for supporting client’s needs. The support from management is second to none and there’s always 100% customer satisfaction guaranteed. There’s always a laser focus on customer needs which makes it a number one for me. A great company to work for.
