But last,4 Januari 2025 i hv order YSL LIBRE FLOWERS & FLAMES 30 ml.
Since that day i order until now..i don't have information,fact numer or Ordernummer etc..?nothing from you store !!!

But where is my order not yet arrived.

This fragrance has been on my shopping list for yrs and now that I finally bought it...I wish I got it sooner.

Good prices

Everything went well! I got the extre gift and decant they promised as well!

- Claims has 1-day delivery
- Waited for my order for 10 days
- Still have not been delivered
- Had to chase customer support each day to ask for updates (did not receive track & trace code, nor the customer support were ever pro-active and would reach out to me, knowing there was an issue)
- Asked for a refund, supposed to be delivered in 1-2 working days but we will see

Just all around bad service and false advertising.

I WOULD re-buy from Parfumerie.nl even though I was disappointed this time to receive a product that didn't match the picture. It was easy (enough) to return my items. I received a quick refund, for which I am grateful!

Op 4 oktober 2024 heb ik een bestelling geplaatst bij Parfumerie.nl , in de verwachting dat alles net zo soepel zou verlopen als mijn eerste ervaring. Helaas was dit keer niets anders dan teleurstellend.

Volgens de track & trace-informatie van PostNL werd mijn pakket na de verwachte leverdatum als "geleverd" gemarkeerd. Ik heb het pakket echter nooit ontvangen, noch heb ik ervoor getekend. Op 10 oktober heb ik direct contact opgenomen met Parfumerie.nl en hun instructies gevolgd door een formulier in te vullen en de trackinginformatie te verstrekken. Ondanks dat ik alles had ingediend, werd ik gevraagd het trackingnummer opnieuw in te vullen, wat ik al eerder had gedaan. Dit vertraagde het proces onnodig.

In de weken daarna heb ik meerdere keren contact opgenomen (op 14 november, 27 november en 3 december) om een update te vragen over het onderzoek of om een terugbetaling te regelen. Elke keer ontving ik vage reacties waarin mij werd gevraagd informatie opnieuw in te dienen, of waarin werd beloofd om terug te komen op mijn verzoek, zonder dat er enige vooruitgang werd geboekt.

Het is nu meer dan twee maanden geleden dat ik mijn bestelling heb geplaatst, en ik heb noch mijn pakket, noch een terugbetaling van €35,90 ontvangen. Deze ervaring heeft mijn vertrouwen in Parfumerie.nl volledig vernietigd. Hun klantenservice is inefficiënt en onverschillig, en toont geen enkele echte inzet om het probleem op te lossen.

In eerste instantie was ik van plan om hier vaker te winkelen en keek ik zelfs uit naar de Black Friday-aanbiedingen, maar deze onopgeloste kwestie heeft al mijn vertrouwen in hun service weggenomen. Aan iedereen die overweegt om bij Parfumerie.nl te winkelen: wees voorzichtig, vooral als er iets misgaat met je bestelling.

On October 4, 2024, I placed an order with Parfumerie.nl, expecting it to go as smoothly as my first experience with this store. Unfortunately, this time it has been nothing but disappointing.

According to PostNL tracking information, my package was marked as "delivered" after the expected delivery date. However, I never signed for it, nor did I receive the package. I immediately contacted Parfumerie.nl on October 10 and followed their instructions to fill out a form and provide the tracking information. Despite submitting everything required, I was asked to re-enter the tracking number, which was already included in my previous email. This delayed the process unnecessarily.

Over the next several weeks, I reached out multiple times (on November 14, November 27, and December 3) to request updates on the investigation or a refund. Each time, I received vague responses asking me to resubmit information or promising to follow up, but no meaningful progress was made.

It has now been over two months since I placed the order, and I have neither received my package nor a refund of €35.90. This experience has completely shattered my trust in Parfumerie.nl. Their customer service has been inefficient and dismissive, showing no real effort to resolve the issue.

Initially, I had planned to continue shopping here, even looking forward to Black Friday deals, but this unresolved issue has made me lose all confidence in their service. To anyone considering shopping at Parfumerie.nl, I would strongly advise caution, especially if something goes wrong with your order.

Was request to cancel the package 5 minutes from the order and nothing was done. Fill a complain and no reply. Several emails where sent to the client support even tried phone calls..nothing

Very fast delivery with decent prices. If you check the website randomly you will find interesting prices for all original designer brands.

Well, it arrived two days after the order. Very well packed. After some research, it looks like their prices are really competitive. Looks like genuine products. Will order more from them.
