Quick shipping, good customer service and lovely scents. Used them since 2016.

I’m extremely disappointed with Parfums Vintage. I placed an order for three products and received only two, even though I paid in full. I’ve reached out multiple times through email and their WhatsApp and have received zero response.
The customer service is horrible no updates, no explanation, no refund, and no attempt to fix their mistake. For a company with premium pricing, you would expect at least basic communication and accountability.
I will not be ordering from Parfums Vintage again and I highly recommend others think twice before purchasing, because if something goes wrong, they refuse to answer or make it right.

After seeing some of the negative reviews I have to admit I was somewhat worried as I only saw them after I'd placed my order BUT I was pleasantly surprised. I placed my order for Emperor Etrait on Sunday evening and the order was delivered by Wednesday afternoon via Royal Mail tracked delivery and it was packaged very well.
I visited the site again on Tuesday evening as I will say I didn't receive confirmation of dispatch and noticed there was now a 20% discount being offered site-wide which I missed out on. But as I was contacting Parfumsvintage.com to confirm whether the order had been dispatched or not I thought I would also ask if they would be nice enough to honour the discount even though my order had already been placed.
To my surprise and delight, they agreed and refunded me the discount amount to the same card I paid with. They didn't have to do that and I commend them for being nice at a time where most companies would just say "tough, you missed out".
The fragrance is also very nice and I'll probably try some of the other offerings in the future.

This company has the worst customer service imaginable. I’ve been emailing and contacting them on their WhatsApp for four days, but I haven’t received a single response. How do you even operate a business like this? If you’re looking for good customer service, avoid buying from them. I should have done more research before making that purchase.

I put in an order, pd in full for it, a week later I get an e-mail saying they cancelled my order due to lack of stock, over a week later and 3 e-mails to them asking where my refund is, I have received no- reply. I called and stated to the person I spoke with as I stated in my e-mail. I am giving them 24hrs (july 10 2025 @11;35am) if my refund is not returned by then I will be contacting the police and pressing fraud and theft charges. I will not deal with this company again, I will do without the product.

All my experiences have been extremely positive.

Must have bought from Parfums Vintage at least seven times now. Delivery has always been quicker than expected and all bottles very well packaged.

The fragrances themselves are of a very high quality. I genuinely haven't found any fragrances that last as long on my skin.

Parfums Vintage are honestly my only source for fragrances these days. Personally, I've always found their team very professional and extremely generous.

Worst customer service I have ever received!! I ordered from them on the 13th September. They first told me to wait till Monday as that is when the order will be dispatched and I'll be provided a tracking link. Come Monday then they changed their response as I got no tracking number. They told me that in fact my order was magically delivered on Saturday even though I got no tracking information and no sign of the item! They provided a proof of delivery which has some random person's signature and definitely isn't mine! I have then just asked them to send the item properly and provide a tracking link, I'm not even asking for a refund. They are now ignoring my emails.... Terrible service for a first time customer! I'm not one to complain but I haven't received the order and the customer service department are being useless!

The hype on the net is so unnecessary. Over priced and not even close to original products. Poor performance. Wish I had spent on originals. Always order samples first.

Paid a lot for bottles that were clearly used with lots of liquid missing. I asked Parfumsvintage to help correct this - either by sending what's missing or issuing a partial refund - instead they insisted I needed to buy more bottles and that they might then discount the shipping costs of the 2nd order. As if anyone would make a second order to correct an earlier order lol. Very rude and non-professional customer service. Thankfully paid with Paypal so was able to get a refund as they sided with me straight away. Avoid like the plague.

Their products are cheaply made, well overpriced, spend a little extra and get genuine products. If you have any issues with anything you purchased then you have a big problem because when you email nonexistent customer services several times, you will eventually get someone who recently escaped from Amazon jungle or from a mountain who has never seen human before, doesn’t have a clue about customer satisfaction. With one word a real Eskimo. Seriously this is how it is.

Any inquiries general or otherwise are ignored, I understand that if they are busy, but complete radio silence after a parcel didn't arrive and subsequently did 3 weeks later but damaged, is just not on.

Accusations of you trying to deceive them fly eventually (this is the only contact I received back).

So thats it, I'm out of pocket, I have a late and smashed bottle of perfume and a very bad feeling after being treated so badly.

Avoid.
