A very good experience
I have found this dealer incredibly responsive and helpful. Our exchanges were straightforward and constructive and the shipping to the UK - sadly outside of the EU now - was made remarkably easy. The paintings I bought were superbly packed as week. All in all, a very positive experience.

WARNING do not do business with this CRIMINAL lier. I am chasing my refund for two weeks.two weeks today since he claimed he sent the money , PayPal just told me he never transferred the refund. He has no money!THIS is a CRIMNAL lier company!

Everything in his response is a PURE LiE. FICTION!Terrible service.He delayed his shipping initiating and forcing me to cancel. 5days after receiving my money the item was not shipped.lied to me shipping takes 2weeks . actually takes more than three weeks.lied to me he refunded me the item.i just called PayPal 5days after the refund.i was told he sent an echeque.no money on his account.i need to call again in about one week!

We received the notice from Paypal saying that the refund has been finally processed and completed, so now you have the money in your account. As soon as we clicked on refund client Paypal has taken money from our bank account, then Paypal needs a bit of time to process the refund payment but as you can see you have been completely refunded. It is not our fault if Paypal requires time to process the refund payment. Obviously every purchase you make with Paypal is completely guaranteed.
We are sorry but when you purchased from our shop, speaking directly to us, we informed you about shipping time and methods and you accepted them. After 2 days you changed your mind because you decided that the shipping time was not acceptable for you, even if we explained you everything before the order was completed. We tried to explain you again the shipping time, but you would not change your mind so we proposed you to cancel the order and completely and immediately refund you (even if the item was ready for shipping and packed in a custom made wooden crate, so we had costs for it). Best Regards

Parino Mercato Antiquario was a fantastic retailer to deal with. The handled all of the shipping and customs needs to get my purchase to the United States. When there was issue raised by the shippers about the size of the peice I had purchased, Parino Mercato Antiquario dealt with it and came up with a solution. When the piece arrived it was exactly how it had been represented. I could not happier with the entire transaction.
