I got spoofed

I got spoofed. Please beware of this company. I ordered an article of clothing and paid for it via PayPal. The delivery address was made out to my friends apartment and for concierge purposes I had to put his name as the recipient.

Moments after paying, Paris Ricci mentioned the article I ordered was defective. I opted for a refund and they mentioned they would proceed.

3 weeks later, I still had not received any refund.

I contacted Paris Ricci and they had said a refund was made to an email, not the PayPal email that initially paid Paris Ricci, but an email they claim to belong to the name on the delivery address! What a grave error!

They refuse to own up to this mistake asking me to contact a dubious email and justifying that everything is ok on their end.

I don't think I will ever get my money back, and the only thing left is to presume that I have been scammed. How can a refund be made to a dubious email? A refund is supposed to be made to the email linked to the order itself! No where in the payment details did I ever fill out the email adonlaw@outlookcom!!! Who's email is this any way??

Do not buy from them, I repeat stay away from this company.
