Remember to take pictures of the cars condition before handing it over!!
Easy to book but Record the cars condition.
We used this service for 2 cars, has some contact problems upon our travel to Hamburg airport. but the pick up was ready and went okay.
Upon our return to Hamburg airport we should call the driver when we got our luggage. Again unable to get in contact with the driver. but the cars where outside just not able to get in contact with them. the driver was very quick to hand over the car keys and away he was....
We than had a quick look around the car and for that there were damage to it the had not been there when we handed it over...
Called the office and they told us that they had never damage a car. a long discussion and they admitted that they had, had damages to cars but that this surely was not from them. and it was our word against Theirs!! I was told that i could very well be lying, just claim the Insurance!
So remember to take pictures of the cars condition before handing it over and put a note on the receipt you get from the driver.
Had we not had this damage to the car this service is very convenient.
