Ruby was very diligent and helpful throughout the process of letting my flat. I had every confidence that she was on top of the detail and she was always organised and responsive. This took a lot of the stress out of the process and allowed me to get it all done in quick time and with no concerns. Really happy.

As first time buyers we had no idea what to expect. From the moment we contacted Parkers about a property that we were keen on, they looked after us.

Great service from the team in Caversham. What was a difficult process selling my late parents property was made so much easier with what was a stress free & seamless process. Would highly recommend.

They advertised a house for sale together with another company. We had a viewing and placed an offer.

We found it was sold some months before for a lower price. It was bought with cash as part of a scheme.

They kept us lying that the house was not sold months before, but the other company told us it was.

They told us to wait for a response on the offer, and their response after a week of waiting was that it was sold by the other company.

They could have spared the entire process from the beginning but they love wasting your time and lying about the process.

I highly recommend avoiding them for lack of transparency and the unusual tactics involved in their process.

Rob Penford and his team from Parkers in Caversham, were wonderful. I had no experience of selling a house and buying another for 50 years so I really had to be led through the whole process which they did. They were sympathetic, kind and at all times courteous and professional. They were of more assistance to me than my solicitor and I willingly give them a 5* rating.

I found Rob Penford and the Caversham Parker's office to be very professional, courteous and helpful throughout the sale of my parents house. Right from the start when Rob first visited the house, my family and I felt comfortable with him. His perception of the house was not only kind, but sensitive at a very difficult time for us. His knowledge and experience of the housing market was very evident. The video and write up was undertaken promptly and presented the house and it's capabilities well. Rob understood the type of buyer we were looking for, someone to love our family home of over 54 years and I am pleased to say, it is exactly that type of buyer we sold to. Rob and his team run a very slick operation: approachable, reliable, punctual, knowledgeable and trustworthy.

Constantly sending spam emails despite repeated unsubscribe requests and didn't sign up in the first place, I live 160 miles away so clearly very poorly targeted email campaign using bought in lists rather than opt-in. Next step, report to ICO.

Rob Penford sold our house in Sonning Common in April this year. Being an unusual property, this was no mean feat!
We had valuations from other agents, but with Robs experience and enthusiasm, he saw though our properties negative points and turned them to our advantage. He came up with a marketing ploy and Parker’s Estate agents in Caversham had potential buyers viewing the property very quickly. Rob would report back to us following each viewing with a comprehensive review and was always available to speak to.
We ended up with a couple of offers, and obviously went with the highest bid. When they withdrew that offer shortly after, he had handled the failed bidder so diplomatically, he was able to bring that offer back to the table.
He dealt with the rest of the process with the same professional approach. Never a straightforward sale, we knew we were in safe hands. Above and beyond his remit, Rob even sent over potential properties for us to buy from other agents!
We cannot recommend Rob highly enough as a hugely professional and accomplished estate agent. Without hesitation, we are giving Rob Penford 5 Stars.
