Parkhalle Norderstedt er en absolut skandale!

Vi skulle en uge på efterårsferie og havde booket parkering hos Parkhalle Norderstedt. Da vi skulle aflevere bilen, blev vi mødt af en ubehøvlet medarbejder, som sagde, vi skulle vente i bilen ude på gaden, hvor der var parkering forbudt! Efter en del venten fik vi så besked om at stille bilen og aflevere nøglen, hvorefter vi blev kørt i lufthavnen i en personbil. Chaufføren kørte hasarderet og brugte samtidig flittigt sin mobiltelefon!

Da vi vendte hjem efter ferien, ringede vi 25 gange til firmaet for at bede om som aftalt at blive hentet i lufthavnen. Ingen svarede, og til sidst måtte vi tage en taxa hen til firmaet. Her var der total kaos og masser af frustrerede kunder, som havde fuldstændig den samme oplevelse! Tilsyneladende havde politiet været på besøg. Cirka 150 bilnøgler lå smidt i forskellige bakker inde på kontoret, og ingen fra firmaet havde nogen som helst fornemmelse af, hvor vores biler var parkeret!!!

Efter 2-3 timers venten, hvor vi hele tiden fik at vide, at de var ved at finde vores bil, blev jeg til sidst kørt et kvarter ud af byen, hvor chaufføren satte mig af og pegede på en bil, som var parkeret i vejkanten. Det var så vores!

Jeg hentede min familie og vores bagage, og så forsvandt vi hurtigst muligt.

Det er fuldstændig vanvittigt, at det firma får lov til at køre videre. Forhåbentlig er den her anmeldelse medvirkende til, at andre ikke skal have så dårlig en oplevelse. Jeg skriver også til Parkos, som er det firma, vi har bestilt parkering hos.

Parkhalle Norderstedt is an absolute scandal!

We were going on a week of autumn vacation and had booked parking at Parkhalle Norderstedt. When we had to hand over the car, we were met by a rude employee who said we should wait in the car out on the street, where parking was forbidden! After a long wait, we were then told to park the car and hand over the key, after which we were driven to the airport in a car. The driver drove way to fast while he was using his mobile phone at the same time!

When we returned from the holiday, we called the company 25 times to ask to be picked up at the airport. No one answered and eventually we had to take a taxi to the company. It was totally chaotic! A lot of frustrated customers had had exactly the same experience, as we did! Apparently the police had been visiting the company. About 150 car keys had been thrown in different trays inside the office, and no one from the company had any idea where our cars were parked !!!

After 2-3 hours of waiting, where we were constantly told that they were finding our car, I was finally driven a quarter of an hour out of town, where the driver pointed at a car, that was parked in the roadside. It was our car!

I picked up my family and our luggage, and then we disappeared as quickly as possible.

It's completely insane that this company is allowed to continue in this way. Apparently it has been a problem in a very long time. Hopefully this review helps other people not to have such a bad experience. I will also write to Parkos, which is the company we have ordered parking from to let them know about this.

Poor Service and a total nightmare with small kids!
We were told to call half an hour before we needed to be picked up, and so we did. No answer, the phone just went dead. We tried both the mobile number and the officenumber -both dead...
We arrived at 10 PM with 3 small kids so after we tried to call 10 times with no answer and no bus in sight, we took a taxi. We were really afraid that they had closed the office and forgotten everything about us. But luckily they didn’t. We met an friendly employee who told us the drivers phone was run out of Battery.
We got our car but no refund for the taxi.

We waited totally 2 hours at the terminal for the pickup. We were told several times that they were on their way and would be there in first 20 min, then 10, then 12 min etc. At the end they did not reply or hung up the phone. It was late hours and turned over midnight before we were picked up. We waited totally two hours with small children. Extremely bad service and arrogant people we were in contact with. Can not recommend them at all.

The arrival and drive to the airport went nice.
Once we called to be picked up, we gave our names and our car description to be easy find. The driver told us to go to the terminal area and call back with the number (T1 or T2). We called, T2. We find him, he said that he will not take us because he had not baby chairs (he was already in the airport with other customers) and he will try to find them and come back in approximately 1 hour! It was a 5 hours flight with 3years old twins and we have to wait more or less an hour (because he said that he has to find the chairs). He was angry, disrespectful. I called again to be sure he said and hour and he said "wait an hour ok?" I said it was not ok, then he insulted me in german and hanged. We have to catch a ferry in Denmark and could not wait 1 hour, we took a taxi 5 minutes after he went. My wife called back just for him to say that he is taking some other people to the airport and he can not wait for us, moreover our car was not in the parking place where we left it but in another. The taxi driver had in the car (rear part) 2 chair "just in case" (he said), why this company that drove us and know what time we will come back, did not have it?. We arrived, driver was furious said to call his chief next tuesday if we want to complain. Then he said to follow him to other parking were we finally pick up our car. Not a sorry, not a refund, not taxi paid, nothing. Oh all the telephone numbers were answered by the same person.
