Please dont use this untrust worthy service. The valet driver never appeared. And the service us not answering our calls, despite trying 17 times. We were confronted with excessive parking costs in the kiss and fly area where we were supposed to transfer our car. And of course forced to pay very high alternatuve parking cists. This was an absolute nightmare. Lots of stress, high costs and not to mention the risk of missing our flight.

First day when we had departure we…
First day when we had departure we waited 1 hour and 15 mins to give a car in front of airport, even if i send message and called them in morning at 8:00 for 13:00 4 hours in advantage.
When we landed normally they said that they will wait us with car.
I called them 5 times no answer after they answered call that guy was so arogant and agressive so he left keys in parking and car and its better for him that we didn't see each other i will finish here review 2star for your bad organisation and bad staff, next time il pay 200 euros more and leave car on airport.

Huge disaster
Huge disaster, never again!!! We were waiting 3 hours for them. While calling them, they always say, they pick up will be in 10 minutes... After 2 hours, they told us to take a taxi and stopped to communicate with us.
We cannot believe, this is possible in Europe in 21 century!
