Parkingzone appears to be a brokerage company as its website lists 16 or so companies who provide meet and greet services at Heathrow. I booked a meet and greet service with Heathrow Airport Parking Services. Collection of the car was fine. Friendly and helpful driver was waiting for the car when I arrived. Return was a completely different picture as I had to wait for an hour and a quarter before my car was returned. I had booked meet and greet so that I could make a quick get-away from the airport. It would have been far quicker to have used the park and ride service. What was even more annoying was that the driver did not even get into the car until 50 minutes after I had phoned from the airport, then blamed a non-existent accident on the motorway for the delay. Website says the off-site park is 6 miles from the airport. When I questioned the driver he informed me that the off-site park was in Taplow, some 14 miles away. Massive delay on return, dishonesty and misleading information. I will not be booking through Parkingzone in future.

Just been sent a parking fine for terminal 5 when I dropped my car off at terminal 4. Seems like they parked my car up for nearly 2hrs in terminal 5 and never paid for the parking ticket and they think am just gunna sit back and pay the £100 fine and not say anything!

I was offered a monthly parking subscription for a garage but no reserved space. What's the point of a monthly subscription if I'm not guaranteed a space. The guaranteed space is the whole point. When I cancelled, I was still charged 2 of the 3 months for the parking. Should be illegal.

Filthy car delivered back 45 minutes late Can't get a response via phone or email. DO NOT USE under any circumstances. My car is permanently damaged and is only 18 months old.

Not sure where they keep your car whilst you're on holiday but it takes them 45 minutes to bring it back to you once you're home. We landed around 2:00 am so there couldn't have been any traffic.
Our flight was delayed which meant we had to pay £20 extra to collect the car because it was 2 hours after our collection time.
The car was also covered in bird poo comparable to cement. I had to pay to have my car cleaned, despite it being cleaned before leaving it with parkingzone and even after going through the car wash, the bird poo hasn't budged.

Scammed by this company - DO NOT USE. No email confirming booking. No reply to email. Never use them. Fake linked in, Fake number. Outrageous. Ruin a persons holiday for their own greedy gain.

I was scammed by Parkingzone. I paid £89.00 to park at Gatwick airport in August 2023, with the meet and greet service for a week.
Nobody turned up to collect my car. I waited and rang them up, though could not get through to anyone. Eventually I had to take my car to the Long stay car park at Gatwick which cost me £230 for 8 days. I nearly lost my flight in the process.
This company is a rip off!

Took ages to answer to answer the phone. We had paid for meet and greet so that we could get our car quicker on our return but it took them and hour and 10 minutes to finally drop our car off. I had to call them 3 times to chase them up and they even didn’t know where the driver was. She eventually turned up and left a Costa cup with chewing gum in our car. Looked like sh had gone via Costa before coming to us. Delayed our journey getting home after a long day travelling. Would not use them again.

ParkingZone, under no circumstances should you use this company - I changed my vehicle and consequently needed to alter my chew car details with them. After 30 plus emails over 30 days and repeatedly filling in their on-line form - Not one reply.
There is a telephone number to call 020 4511 4171 - no one answers it after at least 20 attempts. I’ve given up now and rebooked elsewhere- I’ve lost over £50 and I’m irritated by their lack of response.

We had a booking with this company on 30th December for early morning Meet & Greet at Heathrow, but they cancelled it the night before. I have since been trying to get a refund for my booking, but they have still not done that, even though they claim to have processed it.
Avoid this company at all costs!

Booked a month long storage with ParkingZone at Heathrow. parkingzone.co.uk. On return, all numbers disconnected and unable to locate vehicle. Had to notify police and insurance of stolen vehicle. Stay well clear of this firm. Police now have more victims. Organised raid resulted in 6 vehicles recovered including mine.
