24 hours free cancelation is a skam
They say that you can cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before the reservation starts but actually they are opened only from 9am to 5pm to receive your cancelation. So if your reservation starts at 8am for example you have to cancel it before 5pm 2 days before so 39 hours before ! Soon they will open 1 hour twice a week to make sure you can't cancel ... Is it very difficult to make a webpage to allow the customer to cancel online ?
I am always amazed by what company are able to invent to screw customers ...
