48 hour reservation
I made a request on line to use your services with dates and time, your company responded with an approval reservation. Upon arriving at airport I called the number that was provided to get directions and where to go, unfortunately I was advised that I needed 48 hours to make the reservation, this was not advised when I made the reservation and my flight was to depart within a couple of hours.
