Best Laser Hair Removal results I have seen

i do not recommend, i have had 4 session hair laser removal in this clinic. i had legs, bikini and under arms and i'm still hairy as i was before. The quality of treatment I received there was so bad. I wasted my money and my time. I am soooooooooo disappointed .I spoke to the coordinator explaining my disappointment, who did not even ask to have a look at my legs , under arms!

I had a series of face treatment extractions from the clinic and I found the experience great, it was hassle free and has cleared up my skin perfectly. Combined with extremely polite staff, this meant that the overall service was superb. I would highly recommend to anyone in the future.

I contact the clinic to have a red blemish removed from my daughters nose. I sent a photo and had consultation with Shawana yesterday. Though she could easy have done the procedure and charged accordingly. She explain the risk of scaring due to my daughters fair skin She recommended we wait until she is older and fully grown for the best results and so she could decide from herself. We took her advice and A result the clinic took no fee but this integrity is refreshing and reassuring

I attended the Park Private Clinic for the first time on the 2nd March and met with the doctor who was exceptionally professional and explained the whole procedure I was having - fantastic start so very happy

Once treatment complete, I had to return for a 2 week follow up appointment and a booster included if I required it.

This is when the problems started when I phoned to book - the receptionist said they had no record of me ever attending and I was no-where on the system.

I couldn't get a Saturday booking in Nottingham which then caused issues as I work in Newark. Eventually managed to book an appointment for an evening but unable to make that now due to work.

Emailed 4 times to the clinic and all the emails bounced back, sent physical messages through their website at least 2 times - again no response and even filled in a booking request straight from the website and I am still waiting for a response from someone.

Unfortunately I will be out of the two week window to have my booster and will have to pay again to have a further treatment.

What started off as a great experience has sadly been dramatically marred by the lack of aftercare customer service.

They have taken a £20 deposit for the next appointment which I have asked to be changed but because no-one is responding, I don't know when this will be and they have my money.

I will sadly now be going to another clinic to have any further treatments carried out. My recommendation to friends would be - great Doctor with extensive and professional knowledge - terrible aftercare customer service levels.

I've had such an excellent experience in this clinic. I started with facials as I have quite mild acne. The treatments were effective and affordable! The specialist was so kind and polite, and listened to my concerns.
I then had laser hair removal for my legs. I was advised the sessions usually take 6 - 12 treatments as the hairs were thick and dark and they were absolutely correct. After ten sessions my legs are smooth and hairless. So happy! The treatment was a bit warm but definitely bearable!

Booked a 6 treatment laser offer at £199. Realised after the first session you get what you pay for. The person doing the treatment was either late or left you lying on the bed while she did paperwork. She didn't even bother taking her coat off twice!! Was given no air pipe till session 5 so it was really painful. Had to ask for some soothing balm after treatment. Session 6 was a different person who changed the head size due to no results so far and totally burnt my top lip!! Will not be going back and would not recommend!!

Super clinic - my laser results were simply out of this world and mega quick! Now I’m ready for the beach!!! Thanks you guys!!

Been twice now for botox for the lines between my eyes, first time both eyebrows dropped and second time my left eye was heavy again so I won't be going back and have told others to avoid.
