Outstanding Front desk, Server and manager in Parkshore grill

We used OpenTable to book an 11:00 AM reservation for Jim Perry's birthday, and our experience was flawless. The restaurant is beautiful and sits in a great spot. The food was excellent, but the customer service really stood out.
The front desk hostesses, Alyson, Jaedyn, and Lexi, were incredibly friendly and sharp. They went completely out of their way to help us use the self-parking app properly. Our server, Mars, provided fast, professional service and is definitely the best in town. Manager Mike Gordon is highly attentive and checked on tables to ensure everything came out perfect. They truly deliver more than promised. We highly recommend them!
