Went in to this estate agent with a problem with their alcoholic tenants who were abusive towards myself, my partner and my 17 month old son. Mr. Rod Ponchaud sided with his tenants purely because they are on benefits, so it's regular income. The safer communities had been on to him, and 6 months after my original complaint to him, doing everything he can to be completely obstructive and dragging his heels, his landlady had a phone call from the council to explain our situation. His landlady ended up crying on the other end of the phone because she felt so bad for what we have been through.
He is completely unreliable, unprofessional and rude. Questioned my mental health, question my parenting and advised me that he did not offer me any service because his loyalties are elsewhere. Worried that his landlady knows about his diabolical service, he is only know started to act in the appropriate and responsive manner.
A very dangerous estate agents to be associated with.
