Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Considering 110 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Customers frequently arrived at reserved parking lots only to discover that the spaces were completely full, already sold out, or located much farther away from the actual venue than advertised. Many consumers also reported receiving completely incorrect addresses that directed them to entirely wrong areas or unsafe parts of town. People heavily struggled with unexpected service fees, extremely high rates, and parking payment systems that consistently failed to function properly. Furthermore, reviewers expressed deep frustration regarding unresponsive customer support teams and prolonged, unacceptable delays when attempting to secure refunds.

Thieves

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I received my payment confirmation and never received the tickets. I contacted them several times before my event to no avail. I contacted them after the event and they said they had sent them and would not refund me. I had to arrange alternative parking.

Booked through Ticketmaster

Booked through Ticketmaster (do not do this, ever) via ParkWhiz. The initial email I got said my parking was good for an hour before doors opened to two hours after the show ended. I downloaded the app as instructed, and the app said parking ended at 10 pm, before the concert was over. I attempted to email ParkWhiz about the discrepancy and got a response almost a week later. I also tried the "extend time" option via the app--which did not work. We ended up leaving the show early rather than get towed. I will never use this service again.

I don't have a car

I don't have a car, and have never driven before in the UK, yet my card was almost charged for a service I've never used in my life. So, I had to decline it.

Charged extra for attending a full concert

I prepaid for parking for a concert in San Antonio, TX. The prepaid ticket apparently only covered the time between 5-10:30 whereas the band started playing at 9 making it so every singe person who prepaid for parking here was charged for over staying their parking. I payed $40 for parking which is ridiculous to begin with and then had to add another $10 for staying "late". Never again ParkWiz, never again.

Let's cheat our parking customers with this app

Needing 2-3 hours extension of a parking slot (in a very underparked lot, call it basically empty) for an overlong meeting in downtown Dallas, I tried to extend occupancy through the app. The app forced a minimum $30, 10 hour extension in an mostly empty parking lot. Can you say profiteering? Every parking app I have used makes the extension process simple and efficient for the customer and profitable for the parking lot. I will never use this app again and advise against it if you are tempted.

Terrible and Inconsistent

Parkwhiz will not let me extend my time. I called the representative for help and all she did was send me a link to access the site which I already have. The app is not working properly or consistently, so my car will be towed when I arrive back. Terrible system!!

Nightmare Experience, Bad Mangement

Leaving the car off when we arrived was a very positive experience. I would give it 5 stars but picking up the car after the show ended was an absolute nightmare. We waited 1.5 hours in line and we were at the front of the long line. The management only assigned two staff members who were so apologetic and friendly. These two staff members had to retrieve each individual car via car elevators on the upper 6 floors then bring them down to us, one at a time. I do not blame these staff members, I blame the incompetent management company for their lack of oversight. I wished I checked the reviews before I booked our parking.

Total SCAM - Do Not Use

Garbage GARBAGE - DO NOT USE - This is a total scam.
For 80$ they advertised parking onsite at a Flames Game at the Saddledome. It turns out the parking spot was well over 5 km away in a liquor store parking lot. Absolute shameful and disgusting service. This company is scam.

Purchased a parking ticket pass for a Bucks game. Got a QR code to use. Garage only took card or cash upon exit. No place to scan the code. Customer service was no help after the fact to get a refund. Feels like a total scam. Do not recommend!

Wish I could do a negative star

Wish I could do a negative star. There was no way for me to enter the garage that I had paid for and their customer service is absolutely worthless/clueless. I learned my lesson and will never use them again.

BEWARE OF THIS SCAM

This company is a total rip off. They sold me parking in a FREE parking garage and then when I contacted customer service, they refused to refund my money. Since I was able to park at the location, they decided that I had "redeemed" my parking voucher. They chose not to address the fact that they tricked me into paying money for something that was free. It took them 2 weeks to even bother to get back to me. Total scam! They should be shut down.

Fraudulent company

Fraudulent company. Reserved a prepaid spot. Upon arrival pass didn’t work -was told that parking garage was in no way connected to ParkWhiz and that many people show up there with the same scam. Called for refund and was told I wasn’t guaranteed one but they would look into it. WTH!

Sent me to the wrong parking lot

Used the Canadian site. Clicked on the address in the Peking pass email which took me to the wrong parking lot, got a ticket. They claim no responsibility but I have proof of their mistake.

Purchase your concert parking and then when it doesn’t work they aren’t responsible, can get you a refund in 5 days or you can buy another and hope it works while you wait for your refund. Scam middle man

Fraudulent third party

Fraudulent third party! Do not book through this company, when they inevitably charge an inaccurate and exorbitant amount onto your credit card, they are impossible to contact and you will have a hard time recovering money from the scam. Do not give them your CC number. Book directly with the lot, not a middleman I would trust again.
