Non existant customer service.
I'm in Canada and the customer service call center Parrot has hired is the worst. They are mis-informed liars who just want to get you off the line and set up with their weekly emails. They offer no support and will not ship parts.
I happen to work at best buy and one went on sale so i picked it up. Battery in drone lasted maybe 1 to 2 minutes on full charge. Not 20 to 30. Called parrot support and they told me to return to best buy and that they would replace the battery as well as verify it was not defective by testing it in store. Odd thing is bestbuy only services computers and tablets (sometimes) in-store and does not carry these replacement parts nor do they support the manufacturers warranty in order to do an exchange.
*Note: also noticed a fake 5 star review with false info and a ton of grammatical errors. No you cannot "write to parrot" in any form and get a response. It doesn't happen. I hear the complaints every week at work (we help them out of course if we can). Might want to look into that one.
Worst customer service ever met!!!
Very bad experience with a new ANAFI, losing signal with controller and falling down with 4 arms broken. Contacted the customers service that kept me in "standby" for weeks, with a number of automatic emails arriving each week, asking if the issue was solved, when I had not received any answer.
They do not have a customer service.
I will proceed involving a customer association. We'll see if dealing with a legal department will force this company to act as needed nowadays.

Parrot UK, complete waste of time talking to them..they are advertising product that they won't be selling. I can't believe they are not offering full support for drones that are still being sold.

NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
Its odd how a company manufacturers and sells a decent product, but has absolutely no support whatsoever. Been waiting on a credit or exchange for 2 months. All their replies inform me that someone will contact me in 24 to 48 hours. The last one was 2 weeks ago. I still have no response. After waiting 6 weeks, I was told me case will be escalated. This is just something they tell people so they can be patient, in the meantime nothing is actually done to escalate this.
When purchasing parts like these, you aren't just paying for a product, but the support behind it. This company only offers half that. Great Product, non-existent customer service.
Worst service in the world!
Poor camera performance and battery doesn't last. After a few months of using my Bebop 2 , without crash the camera starting getting out of focus so that 5 months later it is useless to take video or pictures. Also the battery drains very quickly and only get 5-7 minutes of flight time. Very sad. To top it all off, Parrot WILL NOT ALLOW WARRANTY SERVICE because they don't ship to Canada. They sell in Canada, but don't ship to Canada ???
This is so incredible, that please Canadian buyers BEWARE, you will not have any warranty if you buy a Parrot product!
Terrible company, not refunding cancelled product
Ordered a Parrott Bepop 2 and cancelled before it arrived. But guess what, it still arrived. Trying to get in touch with customer service for the past two months and no one has been able to initiate the return. I have provided all information asked for, the package is unopened. This has been the most infuriating process to return an item that had already been cancelled before the delivery was made. Have had a response to the first query and then they stopped replying, and have not responded to any more emails or social media messages. Very poor service, I expected better from a well known brand. I have a product, I don't want and no idea how to return

poor service from their call centre, yes they speak English, and yes they answer their phones, but the service and intelligence of these people are appalling, i have been contacting them for 5 weeks, yes tells you how thick I am!!! It seemed as if all they can say and did say is i will email you the instructions I finally got today when I realised that i am using a MACBOOK and the instructions and downloads/updates dont work on it.!!!!!!!! how dumb am i, even though i have stated the use of my machine.

Parrot are an amazing company my drone went fly off out of control and would not conect to my contoller and i lost my drone i wrote into parrot services and they were so helpful with in 3 week they sent me out a brand new Anafi drone thank you parrot for all your help.

My advice is to look at DJI. The support i had for my spark wasnt amazing but at least they had the common decency to respond.

How do I escalate an accepted full return and get the shipping label?
Case # 1264814 I purchased a Parrot Bebop 2 for a Christmas gift. On December 26th I contacted the company the first time. It was missing the cockpit glasses as shown on the website and my son decided he did not want the drone. We decided to return it. I have been in contact with Parrot Customer service almost every other day attempting to get a shipping label for a full refund return. The Customer service people are very kind, they apologize for the delay and ask for patience. Can someone possibly tell me how to escalate a return issue? I just want to get this taken care of - it is coming up on 3 weeks! Thanks for any guidance from Parrot or anyone!
Parrot Bebop Drone Battery known failure
Received a Bebop Drone as gift. flew it a few times (I am a novice). Found the Drone easy to fly and learn. The batteries lost their charge and will not charge. Called the company and received arrogant service because drone was out of warranty but the batteries weren't used nearly as much as expected life span. Ordered another battery which was also dead and will not accept a charge. The company customer service line appears to be bothering staff. Sadly I will not purchase another of their products. For the amount of money and the expected battery failure (check the reviews) you would think this would be addressed and maybe offer a trade in to promote good business practices. I'm glad I am just a beginner and didn't invest $1000 dollars in this hobby to be disappointed.
Any other suggestions for a drone would be appreciated
More than disappointing, better buy DJI Spark, Air, etc. or (imho even better but more expensive) an Autel Evo
I´ve never had such a bad support before. First, I got a refurbished drone with broken battery and now I want to send it back because I got no offer for a new battery (and/or a gesture of grace) - my first message was two weeks ago on 20.12.18. They´ve just asked for a copy of the invoice and the drone´s SN (in two separate mails :-/ on different days). And after that? Nothing more..
For an european company that produces products for consumers it´s not acceptable. They have to improve their support urgently!
Avoid Parrot if possible! The products may be good (if they work), but if you got any problems with them, you´re screwed.

Parrot Bebop2 software issues!!!.Plus update.
Recently bought Parrot Bebop2 with controller and goggles. I had a problem with no telemetry in Fpv mode after following vague instructions. Contacted Parrot via email and explained the problem. A Technician by the name of Reem replied and calmly explained that there was a software fault and that this would be fixed asap. I have my doubts?. As a result I cannot use this item in it's current state, so be warned???.. Update. Parrot have still not resolved my issues, It's now 03/01/19, issue reported 15th December to Parrot. If they cared about customers you would expect some explanation from Parrot on this site regarding all the complaints, the absence of this says it all?.

Worst customer service ever I bought a bebop 2 which developed a motor issue and caused damage to the drone. upon contacting parrot they informed me it could be a battery issue and offered to replace the whole drone which was less than 2 months old. Eventually the replacement arrived and to my dismay I found out I had been sent a refurbished drone with a used battery then on further inspection found out the charging cable for the controller was the wrong cable and didn't fit. So I now have a drone i can't fully use and upon contacting parrot again all I got in response was an email all in french from the carrier company with a shipping label and no information as to what to send back or what was happening. Since then I have had no response to any email and have opened a further 2 cases with them trying to get a response. Absolute joke of customer service they take your money and run
Have nothing to do with Parrot tech'
Had a bebop 2 which developed fault involving all 4 motors which was odd, I suspected a firmware or motherboard issue and contacted their support dept for advice. Despite several exchanges they will still not answer a question directly and keep sending me irrelevant pdfs and advice on how to disassemble the undercarriage. It is very frustrating and I genuinely get the impression that they don't give a f***, perhaps they think it is funny to irritate their customers.
I will NEVER buy another Parrot product and I will ALWAYS advise anybody to look elsewhere and to avoid anything to do with Parrot, their products or their personnel. No wonder they are in financial difficulty.

Worst possible support. Headphones started making weird noise after firmware update. Firmware downgrade not doable because of some weird kind of software development.
They strung me along for a good year or so, after which I gave up. They simply did not want the product to be fixed.

They took all my information and started a case number, this was seven weeks ago. I have been going back and forth with their customer service department on an almost daily basis. They have asked for the same information three times and then they tell me its a server problem why they can't view my flight information, then they come back and tell me that it never uploaded. I have done everything they asked. I have held off writing a negative review because I don't like to do this but it is warranted now. I don't expect my case to be resolved favorably or unfavorably. I wish I had found Trustpilot.com before I bought this drone it would have saved me months of frustration. I bought a Parrot Bebop power. After Only one week I lost it. The drone lost contact to the controler, and the drone was stuck in mid air. It did not returned home, as it shuld. It hovered in the air for about 25 min and then the battery went out and the drone landed in a lake. I have been in contact with Parrot support a number Of times but they will not help me. They say that " you shuld not fly over water", but in the manual there is nothing about that. Insted, when you look at there website, there is a lot of picture of the drone flying over water. Parrot support is a joke. They take no responsibility what so ever. They just replay the same thing over and over again. " we will not help you"
Do not buy anything from Parrot. Buy a bit more expensive drone instead and get a better support also.
