Unsure on sizing and lots of sizes out of stock and hence it's taken me weeks to order. Hoping that the size is right and I'm happy with my purchase.
I did reach out regarding sizing guides and the response was slow but I followed the guides and the ring was too big as I feared when it eventually arrived. I've sent it back and now waiting on my refund.

Do not buy from this brand, although the prices and jewellery itself look tempting.
The quality is terrible and after couple of day using their earrings, one of them stopped locking. I’ve been after that trying to get in contact with the customer service which has not responded to my countless attempts through WhatsApp and email. There are so many other brands that offer same styles and price range, but with much better customer service and care to their customer. With that being said, not recommended at all and if possible avoid this place by any costs.
This must be the most awful experience I’ve ever been through.
Bought a ring with a blue stone in it, but the company won’t let me return it since they don’t see anything wrong with it. I’ve explained countless times that it’s difficult to film or take pictures of the loose stone since it’s apparently not enough loose for them to make a compensation..
They offered to give me a 20€ compensation for my next purchase but this wont compensate me for my lost money on a faulty and useless ring.
Zero stars from me.
