Partsdiscount always has the right part for what needs repair and fits without having to return anything. I have repaired washer, dryer, fridge, dishwasher ranging 15 - 28 years old. Parts arrive on time or early and less cost. All are still working. Thank the Lord good companies still exist.

Found the part I needed to fix my Frigidaire range, less expensive than other sites I found and received the part in only 5 days. Had the oven working in less than an hour!

Easy to order parts
I looked up the part number on my dryer the parts came up and was exactly what I needed, had them shipped and the shipping was fast. everything went good and it works perfect!

My electric dryer quit heating. Found a video that walked me thru ohms tests of various components, and in my case, it was the heating element. I got a new heating element, with the operating thermostat (not needed, so now I have a spare). I also ordered replacement drum rollers and the drum belt. Order total was only $58.90 and it arrived next day, even though I did not opt for expedited shipping. Great job, Bravo Zulu!

Exact Part Found! The Website was quick and helpful and found the dryer lint screen I needed and for a fair price. It took a week to arrive but that was no big deal since I didn't pay for expedited shipping.

I am in the process of selling my house and needed to do a few repairs. For one, I needed a specific part, so I ordered it from Parts Discount for a great price and it came very quickly. Thank you for that!

Shipping was fast and easy to instaled, but broke after 3 months. I sent a couple of emails to their support email address, but never got answer.

Ordered a part came in 2 days then when I opened the box the part was broken. I emailed them to let them know with a picture of the broken part. Still waiting for a reply…PS I paid an extra $15 for fast shipping. I’ll never use them again. There’s isn’t a number you can call, it’s all thru email. Slow and painful process. Also they don’t provide return labels so I had to pay $28 to have it returned. Never again will I use this website. Horrible!!

Ordered the part on 3-13-25. Today is 3-25-25 and it still hasn't shipped. No communications from the company very unprofessional. Wouldn't use again.

I got a new splutch for my washer and all went well. The first time I used the washer it did a good job. The second time I used the washer it started making noise. When it was done I layed it back down and saw the nut almost off the shaft. It should be a locknut not a regular one. Now I'm out the part and my money because you have a bad warranty! Thanks for nothing. Bill Thorley.

Very good prices and very quick shipping.

The part fit fine. My issue was the shipping. It was 3 days late from when it was supposed to arrive. There wasn't any other shipping option other than USPS. My suggestion is have more shipping options to choose from.
