The order came quickly, and it was an OEM part, not a knock-off.

My dryer rollers eventually went out. I found partsdiscount and they had an entire new kit with other components for a great price. I also picked up a handle to my dryer that for some reason nobody remade it but found it on their site. Shipping was fast and everything worked out perfectly and I have a dryer that doesn’t sound like someone’s practicing the drums in my laundry room.

It is easy and pleasant to purchase from Partsdiscount. Their online catalog is well organized, the pricing is fair and shipping is free and very fast. We ordered a 2 piece toilet; the base arrived in one day and the tank arrived the following week, as it was sourced from out-of-state. Fair enough. Both pieces arrived very well packed and in perfect condition. Very fine service.

Like many others I took the chance of ordering from partsdiscount to save money. After ordering an evaporater fan for the fridge ($30), we received 2 water filters. Not sure if I want to try sending back as it would cost close to $20 to send, plus their restock fee added on, and then maybe they ghost us? Might be throwing good money after bad? I'd stay away from this company!

I purchased a dryer timer after installing it. The timer had a glitch in the setting between 50 minutes and 20 minutes. The timer would not let you set it for any of those times in between the timer was broke. I notified the company and I have not heard from them since they will not warranty the timer they have not given me authorization to return the timer, so I do not recommend these people for selling parts cause you may be like me and get a used item I did not break it. It was broken when I received it. Thank you.

Be very careful when you purchase on EBay with this company. Parts do not match oem and the return policy along with communication through the customer support firm is a joke, no response. Purchased 3-24-25I had to return items by mail 4-2-25 since I made a mistake on the eBay form, cost me extra and got tracking confirmation of delivery from USPS, no refund after 45 days, is this mail fraud?

The water valve would not dispense water. It cost me more to return, not worth all the work to return it.

If there was an option of 0 stars, i would have done so. One of that parts was wrong and no response back to my email. The other part (dryer wheels) got worn out after one usage. I see other reviews with similar bad experience. Definitely a pattern here. This website is definitely a fraud. Will never order anything from there.
