Ordered part around Dec 17,2025. Date promised to ship came and went, no ship notice. Gave it another week. Had to send an email, no person available via phone. After the email was answered fairly quickly, it still took another week to ship. Over a month waiting for part for clothes washer. Not fun hauling wash in the snow. Tracking notice said it was in stock from the beginning. If this could be improved, would give a 5 star review.

Ordered Feb 18th. It said "in stock" and to be shipped same day. This is Feb 23rd and the part has not been shipped. They don't know when it will ship, but it can take days to find out why, they don't know whether it will ship by post or courier. I have contacted them twice and cannot get an answer. Poor customer service.
Edited to add: I contacted them again today and was given the same run around. If you have no back up for computer issues in a warehouse, that's a failure in your system and stock replies makes it worse. If you have no computer back up then filling order the old fashioned way works and input into the system when the system is fixed. Not just poor customer service, now poor management.

1. They advertise that if it does not fit or any problems return for a full refund-no questions asked. That's a lie.
2. If you return it, you have to return it on "your dime".
3. When you ask for a return label, you get an email with what sounds like a bunch of threats why they can reject it.
4. If you tried it on and it didn't fit, that's grounds to reject, even if there nothing wrong and it's still brand new.

I ordered parts that were (and still are) shown as "in stock." About a week later, I received an email stating that the parts were on back-order, with no known arrival date. I requested that they cancel the order, but two weeks went by without any sort of confirmation of the cancelation. I finally called today, and a lady on the phone was able to cancel the order. All in all, just a hassle.

Service was good. All I can say about the product is they don't make them like they used to (lol) but that is the manufacture not PartSelect. They build things to last a couple of years now and then you have to buy again. I needed a filter for my wash machine and it was so flimsy next to the original, Of course my machine is 35 years old. Kenmore, and it's still going. Thanks to Partselect I was still able to get one.

1 star, as I can't give a lower rating. Minus 1 or two even, may be a better number to use. How long does it take to approve and send us an RA and shipping label? We ordered a part of our dishwasher, an upper rack, based on our model number. Partselect sent the wrong rack. We called and they acknowledged the incorrect part was sent, a $225 part, and they are still going through their "approval process", even after admitting that they screwed up.
Meanwhile, I have a box sitting in my garage, needing a RA and shipping label, and we have not been refunded the $225. It's taken so long, that we decided to spend the few bucks more and bought a new dishwasher, because we grew tired of waiting. It's going on a month now, and I'm inclined to think the Partselect has ripped us off for that $225. Do not use Partselect.com if you want to get the right part and not have your hard earned money stolen from you.

I ordered a part with next day air shipping, and the part never arrived. I called customer service and they said to wait a couple more days, and they would look into it. There was an issue with their shipping and Fed Ex package number. I never received a phone call back and the part showed up over a week later. In order to get my money backed I had to pay the shipping cost to send it back to them when it was their mess up. To me that's terrible customer service. They should have sent a pre-paid package tag, to show their apologies for the inconvenience. I will not be ordering through them again.
