Wow. Just wow. They had my hard-to-find transmission parts in stock, sold them to me for a great price AND somehow managed to get them from Dubai to New York State in a week, via FedEx, and and and... the shipping wasn't even very expensive. I'm going to buy from these people from now on.

Whenever we order, we dont get an email notifying about the item that cant be supplied until its shipped. It would be great if we can get an email as soon as we order so that we can make changes accordingly

As a customer, you may be charged import duties on items that should not require such fees if the wrong HS code is used by Partsouq.com. I encountered this issue when I purchased rack ends and outer tie rods, which, in my country, should not incur import duties. However, Partsouq.com mistakenly applied an HS code for car body parts, resulting in a 20% import duty, instead of the correct code for steering and steering system components, which would have required 0% duty.

When I raised this issue with both Partsouq.com and the freight company, the freight company informed me that they are not responsible for the HS code, as it is provided by the supplier. They also mentioned that any amendment would require me to pay a fee equivalent to the duty already paid. Partsouq.com, on the other hand, refused to take responsibility, stating that the HS code is system-generated and automatically sent to the freight company, leaving the customer without any input in the process.

Even if the part is in stock they dont supply it or not in sufficient numbers. High prices, there are cheaper and far more costumer friendly alternatives, who actually car that you dont have to order and pay twice.

i was in a search for a supplier of
oem parts until i found partsouq which had seems to have good reviews. so i ordered fuel filter and thermostat for my old mitsubishi lancer 2006 and
the fuel filter came with large amounts
of ( grease ? ) all around it and a "fix" seems
to take place on the upper part of the filter
the thermostat seems to look ok from the outside
but im not going to take risk with such a careless
treatment of my order. so overall
total waste of money
