Ruined my party

I have bought a personalised balloon the last 3 years. In the past the quality was much better and they stayed afloat for weeks.
This years balloon is awful and day 6 it’s on the floor. Really disappointed.
Seems our family tradition maybe at an end.

Fabulous website. I was kept updated on delivery & my order came on the exact date. The personalised cake was absolutely perfect and was delicious. Will definitely use Party Pieces for any future celebrations.

I ordered Tropical Parrots on clips. They are colourful and beautiful. Reasonably easy to apply. I am disabled so they were displayed for me. They have been displayed on a plaited string on a boring part of an old garden fence. They look great. There was a little downside, in that, although they were really well packaged - when I opened the box, small parts of the birds were stuck to the lid. It was during a very hot spell of weather. I put it down to melting because of the heat and then perhaps a heavy parcel placed on top of it. I wasn't for returning them though. Oh no, they had to be displayed as soon as possible because I love them.

Do not use this company. I ordered personised balloons and banners three weeks in advance to arrive 3 days before the party. They did not arrive. Customer Services had no idea if they’d been made or dispatched. How can you try to run a company selling party items then not deliver them!!! Avoid.

Called before ordering to confirm whether an order raised on Tuesday would be OK for Sunday. Was nervous as the shipping policy didn't indicate this was possible. No next day shipping available. Called multiple times during the week, was assured it would arrive in time....of course it didn't. I would have been able to order items from another website, had they been a little more truthful upfront....

Awful. Banner and napkins arrived 2 weeks late and had to pay additional post office charges to receive the package.

Ordered Banners for a special birthday in good time 26/5 and paid for next day delivery. 5 days later still waiting. After several attempts at calling (line always busy) managed to get through to them 31/5; they advised I should receive via Royal Mail that day. Was suspicious that I haven't received dispatch email or tracking number. It is now 1/6 and still nothing. Unable to contact on the phone, line is busy and now going to be too late for event. They are very happy to take money, not so good at actually producing the goods! I am extremely annoyed and consider this company to be incompetent at best, dishonest at worst. Will be requesting a full refund.

The balloon I ordered was lovely, just as described. I requested a specific delivery date and it arrived 2 days early which caused some hassle to go and collect as I wasn't home for the delivery time. Great value for money and will more than likely use again. Thanks :)
