still to receive my order as its coming via a third party (my sister) as i live overseas. i hope its with her. no email confirmation of order or dispatch! i did receive a strange e mail from "partystuffonline", or was it, as they said there was a problem with my order and wanted me to confirm my card details. seeing as i paid by paypal, i found this highly suspicious, and rang them to tell them i was not prepared to do this. a rather confused, hesitant lady told me that they had had some bogus mails flying around, but assured me that my order has been posted. so all in all, a bizzare experience, but so long as i get my stuff, i can live with that. i think they should maybe post on thier site warning people not to give out thier card details. it might help.

A fast service and all the products were as advertised, my only issue was that the packaging was clearly thrown together in seconds. As we did not order anything breakable it doesn't really matter tho. All in all we were very pleased and would deffo buy from Party Stuff again.

THIS HAT ARRIVED THE NEXT DAY AS I NEEDED IT URGENTLY AND PAID FOR 48 HOUR DELIVERY. IT WAS JUST THE JOB, BEING COWBOY HAT SHAPED AND SPARKLY WITH UNDER CHIN STRING, NEEDED FOR MY BIG HEAD. ERY COMFORTABLE, KEPT IT ON ALL EVENING.

I ordered some decorations for my engagement party and they arrived much quicker than I expected and were just what I was looking for and matched my expectations from the image and description on the website. Great value for money too, would definitely order from here again!

The decorations u recieved were delivered as promised and were really good but 4 of the decorations broke while trying to put up x these were the honeycomb pineapples an the pineapple garland x would like a refund on these items but haven't contacted u as yet . Haven't got the time to mess about sending stuff back x
As the other decorations were really good I would use this sight again x would recommend to friend if my refund gets sorted quickly x thanks

I ordered items for a party and received my dispatch email the next day, however 7 days later I am still waiting on order, according to TNT they have tried to deliver on two occasions and claim to have left a calling card, which they have not!!! And on telephoning them they insisted a driver had been to my property and left a card, they DID NOT!!! I was promised delivery the next day, the parcel did not arrive and after another lengthy telephone call I have been promised delivery tomorrow, watch this space!!! Although not the fault of the retailer, the whole experience with delivery has put me off placing further orders with this company!
