Niche parts at a good price, make sure everything in your cart is in stock for fast shipping
I needed parts for a Yamaha bike I’m restoring and they had the OEM parts I wanted and competitive pricing. Make sure you check that what you want is in stock or there will be delays to send everything together in one package but as long as it’s in stock they ship pretty fast. They also have niche parts that aren’t usually available and I like that a lot. Customer support it very helpful no matter if you have an existing order or just questions before ordering.
Missing items from my order
The order I received was on time. But two items were missing from the box. I messaged customer service and Kendra quickly corrected the issue and is sending me the missing items. Very professional!
Horrible and never got the part I paid for
EDIT. they contacted me and will replace the part that came in that was broken. So they are making it right. Its just a long time waiting.
Ordered a clutch switch for my 2025 kawasaki ninja and paid for faster shipping item didn't arrive on the day it was supposed to. Then the tracking didn't work. I ordered June 6 and they didn't ship out til the 10 and didn't get it at all. Completely lost. Then they could not even replace the part and send next day air. Terrible customer service 😑 never again

I placed an order over a month ago and no one informed me about an item that was unavailable, then no one answered my messages; I started a dispute on PayPal and they responded that they were missing a part and that I should wait... I gave them a reasonable amount of time and wrote back without any attention... I asked them to send me the parts they have available and finally they canceled the order... you don't value your customers.

All I can do is throw it away
After finding a part number based on make model and year, I ordered an ignition coil. The coil I ordered didn't work so I called Partzilla customer service was told the part number I ordered was incorrect and the part number I needed was discontinued. I was told that I could not return it because the package had been opened. Partzilla listed, inventoried, sold and shipped me a coil that does not work, The only thing I did wrong was to select Partzilla as a supplier. Don't make the same mistake I did keep. Keep looking for a reliable source to buy your parts from.
Seemed too good to be true!!!
Was very skeptical because the price was so cheap. I also ordered 2 of the exact same part because the part was so cheap where I could have a back up. Was honestly expecting it to be a scam and was ok with the that risk because the price was so cheap. Well needless to say it was not and I could not be more happy with the parts that no one else in the United States had in stock besides partzilla!

Waste of time! Quickest way to get added to my never support again list is to operate as disorganized as this company. You guys took my money for expedited service, didn't bother shipping anything for 5 days, when I emailed to inquire you guys said it was waiting to arrive ( I paid for expedited, you should have shipped it, ignorant staff ) which then I requested to add it to a separate 28pc shipment I had coming up, (editing because they are slow: I then got an automated email from their robots, hours later, so I demanded a refund.) without any follow up to previous request to add it to the next order i got the refund confirmation. Yes, I asked for a refund after realizing they blatantly ignored my request to add the piece they were waiting on to my next shipment and ship my current one since I paid for expedited, but instead of accomodating they opted to not satisfy the customer so here we are. Now they are flagging the review as defamation because THEY don't want to own up to their slow business tactics.
Quick way to lose a lot of business in their end, slow way to waste my time on mine. Pathetic!
Edit: company can't bother noting that indid pay for expedition, doesn't acknowledge their screw up at all. You guys are so slow it's amazing. Google partszilla taking weeks to ship parts that claim 1-2 day ship time, as well as others having similar experiences as me. You guys are SLOWWWWW.

Horrible customer service.
Order was placed may 19th waited a week then emailed the company to see where my order was never got a response. I have called twice with no answer also, I now saw a part that is now on "back-order" and it says available May 28th yet nothing has shipped and its June 2nd. Still unable to contact make contact with this company, it's weird that i was recommended to them, plus i had to pay 11 dollars for shipping.... for what? I don't even know if ill get my product at this point. I write this review based on lack of customer experience, is this seller or warehouse even legit?

I ordered parts for my dirtbike and they ended up being the wrong parts so I called them on a weekend and left a message and 1st thing Monday morning the responded and credited my card for the amount before I could even call them back. Excellent customer service. I ordered the Same from another company and it took them over a week to respond to my message. So now I order all my parts from partzilla
