We ordered 8 white Eames style DAW chairs - white and beech legs, but when we got the chairs into our new living room, we could see that the color was not a good match, thus I approached Pash if we could change them to another color. This was not a problem but because their warehouse was closing for Christmas and New Year Pash offered to submit our replacement color tops even though we had not sent the old ones back. I did experience damage to my delivery and only gave you three stars but I did manage to rectify the damage so if asked again I would give you 5 star rating because the furniture I received was beautiful and excellent value for money and it would not stop me from ordering from your company again maybe I should have given more thought to my star rating because I was not upset by my products or you service

Great chairs that arrived very swiftly and securely packaged. They were easy to self-assemble (less than 10 mins per chair), are very comfy and stylish to look at. Not to mention the incredible value!

I am over the moon with my Eames style lounge chair and ottoman - the black leather is lovely and the walnut veneer is beautiful. I must admit I was a little sceptical as I new very little about this company - but having had my request for samples fulfilled both quickly and professionally I thought it was a safe bet. I was most impressed with the product and communication from this company. I will definitely recommend Pash to everyone and will be buying again.

There was a wait for my Eames-style recliner and ottoman footstool, but then this was explained to me at the start. Their customer service people were quick to reply, polite and helpful; they said it would arrive in July, and it did. The chair is wonderful, arrived exactly as described and is a pleasure to relax in. Would recommend.

Took delivery of my Eames style office chair. Even though the delivery took a while I was aware it was "pre ordered" so I accepted the wait. What a beautiful product. The Italian leather feels and smells superb and it looks amazing in my home office.

Delivery was double initially quoted, no communication. Chairs finally arrived and one was damaged, although replaced quickly the initial delay and lack of response was not good.

Great and personal service. Lauren was very responsive to emails and so helpful when I asked if we could hold off the delivery as our house move was delayed. We placed an order with Pash on the 16th June for 4 mustard chairs for our office. We are architects so aesthetics and quality are very important to us.

Pash gave us a most excellent service, right from initial contact where we enquired about chair colours, which was answered immediately, then the chairs were delivered in super quick time (the following day) and we were delighted the product which look amazing, are really great quality and really great value for money.
