Sort web site and put staff at top level
I am sure that trust pilot will again deem my opinion 'unpublishable' but I will say what i consider important. The PassePasse website is brilliant until you try to use it, especially when you try to update orders or profile info. Telephone contact with Passepasse is as one would expect, but unfortunately, the only person who can deal with one's problems is Jeremy, the boss, who is not always available.
To sum up, the company needs to introduce flexibility, which means - a) website that is user friendly, b) telephone staff that can manipulate the website for clients that can't get heads round it (i.e. totally au fait with the workings of the site, not dependent on Jeremy) c) consistent pricing. Otherwise, I know I will buy from PassePasse again 'cos it's my job and they have the stuff.

Hello Richard. Thanks for your comments which I find very useful. I will use this as an example as how we can improve.
The first part I will address to our team of developers and hope that they test all the functions mentioned.
As for the telephone, most of the staff during Christmas should know basic stuff, and at least be able to create a ticket for my attention or that of Jeremy if they can't solve the problem themselves. This may have been due to a busy period however. But that in itself does not excuse the issue.
As for pricing, that is my job and to clarify further on it I will contact you personally if you don't mind.
