Online shopping as it should be!
Best price, quick delivery to NL, regular status updates and super friendly tone of voice.
Only slightly negative: all the plastic in the box which was way to big for the item in it. Would like to see more environmentally friendly packaging.

Veryy long shipping time after payment
Ordered and payed within a day, received message that payment was received. Shipment was changed a few times , took very long time to receive the goods at my home.
Did call to the helpdesk of Passiontec, no answer, left my phone number as they requested and they should call back. But they never did.
1 more thing, i am from Holland, did sent e-mails in Enghlish , first they did reply in Enghlish . Then they start replying in France...
So was not totally happy.

Very good price as the only plus
Very good price, but shipping took quite some time. Goods just in cardboard box, no protective packaging. No pack slip or bill with the shipment. Only benefit is the low price, the rest is so-so.

Slightly worried
Initially I was put off when a delivery fee was added once I made the order, even though it said on the webpage that the deal was including vat/btw and no added delivery costs.
I did not quite see how this could be a mistake caused by translation from the original German website, which the Passiontec operator proposed.
However it was a fairly small amount, and the Passiontec deal was still the best one.
Despite worrying remarks, after payment, on possible extra banking charges within EU, it was a breeze from there on.
I was soon notified that my payment to the German account had been successful, and was kept well informed on the status of the delivery.
So no extra charges or hiccups from there on, and great product, definitely 4 stars!
