Really clunky
Takes too long to login, no functionality on phone, and all of a sudden it wouldnt let me login and I lost over 200 passwords. Useless.

No passwords on any account have ever been lost, there are encrypted in the account and available once securely accessed. We do have a mobile app on our dev schedule for next year. A Difficult Change
I have been with Passpack for a long time and found it very good. That was of course until I lost a lot of my passwords when I had to upgrade to the new version. I found it very hard to make the change and could not do it successfully.

Hello Peter, thank you for your feedback and sorry that you did encounter difficulties in transferring to the new Passpack V10 version. This is built on different technology to the legacy V7 platform you has been on and therefore the transfer could not be automatic. This will not be the case going forward, there will be automatic migration of all your passwords on any new versions.
