The staff and food was excellent at the Ealing Broadway would highly recommend this restaurant. We were up in London for the weekend but when we are up there again we will go back

At the Westfield mall I was poorly received, employees with uneducated and mistreated me, I do not indicate.
Do not go to the Finsbury Park branch or try and order take away.
8 out of 10 times they cancel our order for delivery for no good reason and blame it on the drivers. If you can’t do delivery then don’t bother having it available. Been to other restaurants and they have been amazing. This one seems to be useless. Shame because the food is so nice

It had no taste and the staff were not helpful i had bread and oil with balsamic vinegar there were about 4 drops of vinegar in it and my pasta was chewy and stiff at the same time and the sauce tasted the same as tomato soup it had no garlic,onion and the basil was the two leaves of the top of a fresh plant, the other meal was the same but with sausage in it, no fennel garlic or any other herbs, not what i expect from an Italian meal.
They then had the cheek to put a service charge on it and didn't tell us about this or ask if it was good my plate went back full, this was not good i do not recommend this restaurant and any food establishment that can do 3 starters 2 main meals and drinks and send you on the way in 37 minutes is doing something wrong.
I caught Covid and I almost died. No deliveries available (I mean Ocado, Tesco, etc). I found their ad on Facebook and, despite my severe condition, I managed to place some orders. I couldn’t eat that much and the only way to eat something was to buy some good Italian food. Quick delivery despite pandemic (it was the beginning of April) , excellent quality . I will be eternally grateful .
