Overall useful resource, as someone who has had previous MRCS sittings can see that the questions reflect actual material that came up. However, based on only using the Past Papers, I notice that so... See more

Good but too expensive
Extremely expensive product. Free trial only gives very limited access and no access to past papers. I didn’t feel the full product would be worth it - no access to textbook like other resources, only benefit is past papers access.
Very well recommended
Perfect and comprehensive
Comprehensive revision of the headlines of every branch and focus on the practical method of diagnosis of different diseases

First of all thank you so much for your support in our studying journey. However, the Endocrinology sessions need to be revised and updated. Moreover, generally speaking, some topics are being unnecessarily repeated while many other topics are neglected mainly in Cardiology and Infectious diseases. The later is of paramount importance and the antibiotics treatment plan has to be individualised since the treatment plan in the UK is absolutely doesn't fit a patient who lived most of his life in theiddle East for example. Amoxicillin, Ampicillin, and Co trimoxazole, for example are considered an archaic group of drugs ang they are absolutely useless in that area. Anyways, thank you so much for your efforts and I wish you all the best.
Primary FRCA Exam Essentials Course
I found the Primary FRCA Exam Essentials Course incredibly helpful in my preparation for the MCQ paper. The video lectures were concise, engaging, and focused strictly on high-yield material, which made it much easier to stay focused. What really stood out was the emphasis on building a deeper understanding from first principles rather than just rote learning - this made complex topics much more intuitive and easier to recall under exam pressure, allowing me to feel better equipped to reason through questions rather than rely on memorisation alone. I’ll definitely be revisiting both the videos and accompanying notes as I continue preparing for the SOE, as they equip you with a solid understanding to tackle all aspects of the primary.
General review
Structured and concise explanations for every question is great for exam revision. Also appreciates that we can choose the topics to narrow down the practice questions for more targeted revision.
However, would be useful to be able to have a search bar for a quick search of topics/ questions using key words.

App Glitches
The question bank is amazing! But the app crashes multiple times while using ut. i am currently based in India and the glitches in the app makes the process of solving questions a tad bit cumbersome.
Totally recommended
Great experience! Pastest was extremely helpful for preparing for the MRCS Part A exam. The question bank is very similar to the real exam and the explanations are clear and useful. Totally recommended.
