Giving 1 star until they respond and provide an update to me. The app seems to be down, website is down, conversions don’t work, withdrawals don’t work - sent in multiple support tickets, have heard nothing from any of them.
Avoid, this company lies about everything. Do not use. They will take your money. Customer service is the worst. I am not even sure how they got into the Apple Store. It may be a scam. I am trying to get my money out but no one responds.
DO NOT use path crypto. I was attempting to do a Swagbucks offer with this. First I completed identity verification, was allowed to deposit money, and then it locks me out stating “failed identity verification” AFTER depositing.
I’m now locked out of my account, it has been over a week since depositing with no reply via their messaging in-app and email. The only instructions are to send a message or email support, both of which provide no response. Never should have used this app. It took my credentials and just happened to do this after depositing?
Update: Their customer service is extremely unprofessional, it took weeks to gain access to my account. But now I can't withdraw the money. I have $100 stuck and the app just breaks every time I try to withdraw.
you have no control over you money or crypto, you can’t just take your money, have to request a withdrawal, and wait for customer support to respond, which will take them a very long time, i’ve been waiting 3 days already and haven’t heard anything from them, try a different investment company, this one is not good
