Unethical company

Unethical company. They do not provide a means to unsubscribe. They claim you can, but there are no links, no options to, they just bleed your monthly fee like parasites and give you no option to stop their mediocre, glitchy service. I have reached out to their "support" multiple times for help, and ZERO response. Just silence

Great app, dishonest company!

I was using the Pathmile app for well over a year. It did everything I needed in a vehicle/mileage tracking app and it was easy to use.

When my job changed, I no longer needed the app. I went to the website and cancelled my monthly subscription. The following month I was billed for the app. I thought I'd made a mistake and not cancelled my subscription properly. So, I went back to the website and once again cancelled my subscription. This time I was confident everything had worked.

A month later I was billed for the app. I submitted a ticket to support and listened to the sound of crickets chirping (SILENCE)! So another month, another bill and another ticket to support. And still nothing!

I decided to contact the developer via their phone number, I left a couple of messages over the week and still nothing!

Weeks go by and nothing, then one day I received an email from [support email address here]. My subscription has been cancelled and they supposedly sent a confirmation email of this. But that is something I never received and should have happened MONTHS earlier.

It's been 2 months since then and despite unsubscribing from their service I'm still receiving weekly emails from Pathmail. Each week it arrives, I click the unsubscribe button, and a week later I still receive another email!
