I wanted to write a review for patioscapeoutdoors because after I had ordered my Solo Stove, I found that there were very few reviews and I got extremely concerned that the company wasn't legit. Frantically, I wanted to call around and see if the company would pick up and what exactly their customer service was like. I was very impressed with their customer service and the order process. I can also say that I ordered the product on a holiday Thursday, presumably the company was closed on Friday, and I actually received the product the next Thursday. The worst part about the order process was the uncertainty of the legitimacy of the website but I can say that the product showed up quickly (1.5 day order processing time, 2 days shipping time), safely, and exactly as advertised. I will be shopping from Patioscapeoutdoors again because of how pleased I am with their company.
I ordered a blackstone griddle with the gaurantee that it would ship out within two weeks. Contacted the company two weeks later and was told it would be another couple of weeks. Asked for a refund and they obliged. Two months later and multiple attempts to contact them and have still not received by $400 refund.
