I ordered 3 sets of family outfits and I have no received them I’m very upset with the fact it’s been three weeks I’ve tried to call support twice and I got hung up on before I could talk to anyone I wanted three day shipping like it said ! Helpful customer service via live chat
I recently ordered matching Christmas Pj’s from PatPat and unfortunately they didn’t fit, when trying to create the return I had a problem with my ref no. I messaged PatPat on their live chat and the assistant was so hopeful and polite and processed the refund for me which has only taken 2 days to return which I am extremely pleased about. Will definitely order from them in the future because of how good their customer service is.
