What happened to this company? I am a loyal customer and it won’t take my sign in or PW. When I choose the option to check out with a one-time code and the code is sent to my email, it doesn’t work! There used to be an option to check out as a guest but that’s gone. I call the number on the website and have been on hold for over 10 minutes all while hearing how important my call is to them! Pathetic customer service. I will buy a different brand from Nordstrom from now on.

I love their products, and if there is ever an issue, they respond quickly and provide service above and beyond expectations.

I was sent the incorrect product, emailed customer service Australia and NZ and received a response and a new order within 1 day! Very impressed with my experience with Paula's Choice.

I love Paula's choice I have been using it for almost 5 years and I'm currently in my early twenties. I stand by all the products and trust me I've bought a lotttt. It works and it's effective and I'll forever keep using it and recommending to everyone I know!

I tried returning stuff but I have to pay shipping and handling that's ridiculous it costs more 14.50 to ship and the product was 19$ come on you guys need to do better temu doesn't charge lady time I order from you guys

The company's help support staff Hannah is quick to respond with detailed and easy to understand intructions. She also did not ignore that there are other products (not Paula's Choice) that I want to include in my routine.

Paula's choice has agents who will set you up with a personalized skin care regimen. Many skin care companies do not offer that service. I don't understand why; they offer so many great-sounding products, and even tho they often have basic kits, sometimes there may be additional products that suit your needs. This is what Paula's choice did for me. Also I needed to reorder some products and had a question. I chatted with an agent; she both understood and answered my question promptly. The info she gave enabled me to take advantage of major discounts. And last but certainly not least, the products are cruelty-free and make my skin look and feel great!

The products I have sampled such as the peptide booster, 2% bha, and mandelic acid exfoliants have been well tolerated by me and sit well with my serums and moisturizers from other brands. Kim in customer service helped me with an ordering issue and went above and beyond what I would have expected from any other company. Will definitely remain a loyal customer.

A quick and easy remedy for an issue I didn't think could be fixed. I was treated with kindness and respect, which has always been the case in my interactions with Paula's Choice team members.

I discovered Paula's Choice less than a year ago and I absolutely love their products. They are honestly the best I have tried in my life (and I have tried sooo many). I have combination skin that would get so very oily and I had extremely large, congested pores that were highly noticeable. I also had quite dull skin that made me look tired. I now get compliments on how great my skin looks; soft, clear, balanced complexion, barely oily, my pores are barely noticeable except a couple on my nose, almost zero congestion on a daily basis. Seeing the difference in my skin has boosted my self esteem so much that I'm actually happy to go without makeup and still feel pretty. At first I thought some of the products were a little expensive but because they work so well, I'll definitely keep buying them. My favourite product so far is the Invisible Moisture Gel. It hydrates my skin without feeling greasy and gross. It absorbs in straight away, makes me feel soft and refreshed and has niacinimide in it as well which is a bonus. The customer service I have received has also been amazing. They email back quite quickly and help in any way they can and I feel that they truly do care for their customers. The shipping speed is also quite good in my opinion (I'm located in Australia). I highly recommend this company.

Service is professional, friendly & very helpful.
Paulas Choice is one of a very select few brands I can use with my sensitive, rosacea, reactive skin.
They have a fantastic returns policy too.
