Not a Safe Environment for Children

I’m very disappointed with the experience my son had at this summer club at Lordswood Boys' School Edgbaston/Harborne. He came home upset after someone hit him in the eye, and what’s more concerning is that he said none of the staff took care of him or seemed to notice or respond to the situation at all.

As a parent, this raises serious concerns about the safeguarding and supervision practices at the club. Children should feel safe, supported, and protected at all times, and unfortunately, that was not our experience.

I hope the management takes this seriously and reviews their staff training and safeguarding policies to prevent similar incidents in the future
