I was disappointed with the paving color, as it didn’t match the image, but kept it due to return costs. It looks good now that it’s laid, but I’ll request a sample next time—3.5 stars.

The Web site was accurate and informative. It was possible to converse about best options with regards economical quantity to purchase.
Once order placed the delivery came before the estimated delivery date, but I was kept informed all the time.
The driver was helpful and placed the pallets where we wanted them.
The product has enhanced the drive entrance.

Very happy with order. Got the last few packs of a clearance range when I rang them up. Our order arrived in 4 days and we got started immediatly, the backyard has never looked so good, we can now use it all year round.

I found the website had too much choice and so I called in. Spoke to Ella who was very patient and helped me find exactly what I was looking for, she then also placed my order manually for me, which was a great help. From there Hannah spoke to me daily with delivery updates. I couldn’t be more thrilled with my beautiful new paving circle. 10/10 customer service. Thank you.

Trying to find address of depot. Need to visit

We bought some of paving Superstore's own brand slabs and are really impressed with the quality- they were also hugely cheaper than anywhere else.

Easy to use website, fast delivery of my order.

I came across paving superstore as I was looking for porcelain paving slabs. The website had a wide range of products, which were attractively displayed, with comprehensive information about the various options in terms of size, costs, the quantities that could be purchased, samples etc. I found several tiles that I was interested in And was able to order some samples quite easily Online. I did enquire about other samples via the live chat, and this was not so successful. Overall I was very pleased.

I then read the reviews about this company on trustpilot. I was put off when i read that customer orders not been fulfilled and refunds were not forthcoming. Comments from paving superstore indicated that the new website belonged to a new company, and the customers involved would have to seek redress via their credit card company. All of This definitely put me off from trading with them.

However, I made a few enquiries and spoke to Emma and my faith was restored. Emma Was extremely helpful and gave detailed responses to my questions. It was only due to a misunderstanding on my part that I did not in the end order From them. I believed I could get the product I wanted on express shipping. so I left my order until quite late. Despite my error Hannah pulled out all the stops to try and get some suitable slabs to me with a very quick turnaround. Regrettably as I Had left it so late it wasn’t sufficient and I had to purchase elsewhere at increased cost. Having dealt with paving superstore over the phone and also by email, I was very impressed with their responsiveness, the level of attention to detail, their suggestions and their overall customer service. On this basis, I would recommend them.

I managed to get really useful help through George on the website chat feature. He then arranged for a manual order to me as I needed quite a few items.

Delivered quickly and exactly as described on website

I am creating a large planting bed for rhododendrons so finding this in bulk was a real bonus! Great price, quick delivery

Not the best experience, browsed online for a particular product and found what I was looking for on their website, placed an order which was delivered but the item received didn’t represent the image/description of what was advertised, contacted customer services and spoke to George, I was happy to keep the product for a partial refund as I had seen the same item I was sent advertised cheaper elsewhere, however, I opted to go with the one they advertised and pay a little more as it suited my needs better. Unfortunately customer services weren’t very helpful, I had to chase a response and was told they couldn’t do anything and would collect for a refund… surely rather than paying for a collection a decent business could offer at least the alternative in shipment costs for me to keep the product and save the messing around which would also go some way in apologising for their error/improving customer service??

Very quick next day delivery of sample, and then delivery of paving arrived within a few days

I would suggest having a look through Paving Superstores blog posts if you need any inspiration or helped info as it really helped us decide what to purchase. Once we may our purchase it arrived very quickly too

I initially spoke with Emma about what I was after, and then Hannah once I had ordered to arrange the delivery. Both were really helpful I would definitely recommend these guys
