This company is a disgrace. I have emailed 3times plus sent a message no reply’s given. Is this company in the UK? You should be ashamed of yourselves. They don’t even give any comments on Trustpilot.

I'd give zero stars if I could. Money has been taken but no goods received and no response to emails. I've launched a refund claim, but save yourself the hassle - do not use them.

This company needs to be taken down.
I ordered an item over a month ago, the money was taken from my bank immediately.
I also had a tracking number, which now is not recognised.
There is no phone number on the website and the contact us form which you complete doesnt get responded to.
Utterly disgusting - I am going to report to trading standards.

I ordered 2 items from this company on 29 September and have not received the goods. I bought through Shop, and had a tracking number which initially said goods in transit, now it doesn’t recognise the tracking number. I’ve messaged Paw-Uk several times via their website, but have had no reply from any of my messages. IS THIS A SCAM?

I ordered an item from this company on 16th October after seeing their advert on Facebook. I have emailed them numerous times to find out where my order is but have had no reply. Also the tracking number given doesn't exist. Beware scammers.

I ordered a dog sofa on the 9th sept 2023. They aren’t replying to emails o I assume it’s a scam. They came up on Facebook so will be reporting this to them

Paw - fun is a scam website. I ordered a cat scratcher which I have not received and despite contacting the company via their email numerous times I have not had any response.

Placed an order 3 week ago, never received it. Messaged via their website and fb but no response.
Please do not use this company they will take your money and ignore you

I placed an order on 7th October 2023, I have yet to receive my order, when shipping says 4-7 working days. I have emailed them twice, no reply.

The products themselves aren't the issue. My problem is that the prices are very high for what they're actually selling and the customer service response is somewhat lacking.. I bought 2 scratch and climb toys for £20+ each, and that was with the multi-buy discount. They scratching pad is the same corrugated cardboard material as the ones you can buy for a few quid on the high street and the wooden frame is only worth a couple of quid at best. Anyone who has had those cardboard scratchers will know that if their cats like them them destroy them pretty quickly. which is ok when you've only spent a couple of quid. Once these are destroyed you're left with a useless wooden frame. Mine also came without assembly instructions.

So I wrote to the company who - when they replied - actively discouraged me from returning them for a refund and instead offered some pretty rubbish options. But I chose to have a couple more cardboard inserts sent, so at least they'd last longer. I'm still waiting for those inserts unfortunately. And in the meantime I'm being sent requests for positive reviews. Not impressed.

So in summary: products are fine but overpriced. I should say that I also bought two of the bird on the wire toys and my cat loves them, but they only stick to glass unfortunately
