Tag falls off
We loved our tag - however, even after tightening fully our first trip to the beach and it was gone. There were many comments online about this - they have all since been removed including my own.
I emailed them and heard nothing - unless you want to have to re-purchase then choose something that doesn’t fall off and first test !!!!

Excellent service moving our photocopier and getting it all operational at our new business premises. Nothing was too much trouble and high quality service ensuring the Canon was printing, photocopying and scanning once again!

Assisting switching to wifi
We have been using the photocopier hard wired for a while, but needed to switch to wireless. The photocopier we have does not support this, but Paw Prints explained exactly how we could get around this, and talked me through each step of the process, including providing details of the wifi extender I should purchase. Make the switch very stress free.

5-Star Service for Our Office Printers
We recently had the pleasure of using Paw Print for a service on our office photocopiers/ printers, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From the moment we reached out, their customer service team was incredibly responsive, scheduling a technician to come out quickly at a time that worked best for us.
Peter who came out was knowledgeable, efficient, and very friendly. He quickly diagnosed the issue with our machines and had everything up and running in no time.

They did everything well. The installation was straight forward. They provided comprehensive demonstration for scanning and printing. The aftercare follow up communication was very good.
