They were good in the beginning and then stopped communicating completely. Once, I informed them of contacting my credit card company and PayPal to help with a refund, they messaged back to basically to tell me to wait. I am escalating the case. Just don't buy from them

I ordered from this place I don’t know what it is, since December 20… the fees for delivery was January 3rd to 6th I suppose it was rush delivery. The funded were taken from my account. Until this day! January 23rd I have not seen my item or my money. I don’t need the order anymore since the date I wanted it for has long passed… I have asked for a cancellation and refund multiple times…. Can someone inform me how to talk to these people so they hear?

This site seems legit and it makes you think you're ordering from a US business. You are NOT. It is based in China and the Nike Jordans I spent $170 on are FAKE! They're not even good fakes. I bought them as they were presented to be real. They have a return policy on their website, which they do NOT honor. They say you have to get an approval from them before sending the item back. However they ignore emails. There's no phone number. I also requested to return the fake shoes the day I received the package, so we'll within their return parameters. Do NOT buy from this site.

It took four months for my order to arrive and when they arrived they were knock offs.

I found a style of Nike sneakers that was sold out and going for exhorbitant prices on ebay and other sneaker collector sites. Pawscanva had all the sizes in stock and selling them for a very reasonable price. I bought several pairs of this sneaker. At first, I thought the site was sketchy -- not a lot of communciation after the sale. Took about a month to get the shoes. But I did get them, the sneakers are authentic as advertised, and I am very happy!

After two months no item and you ghosting me. Finally getting my credit card company involved I’d say you guys are frauds and would be thieves.

Arrival of my items took place in a rather reasonable. Of time. Customizing could have been better but overall great experience.

I never received the product ordered or a refund. The communication from this company was awful. The customer service was the worst I've seen. I sent daily emails asking for a status on my order and after 2 months they cancelled my order and told me I'll have a refund in 3- 5 days. It's been 3 months and I still don't have my refund.

BUYER BEWARE! Ordered a pair of shoes expecting them within a week. 7 weeks and 5 emails later they finally arrived. I tried to cancel my order multiple times but was told they were unable bc they had shipped which was clearly a lie since they didn't arrive for another 4-5 weeks. There are plenty of places to shop. Don't make this one of them..

I am a good person and give both good & bad reviews. This site should be shut down! I ordered a 🤷💲230.00 the apartment # was left off and by the time I received email the post office had returned to sender. I have now written 4 emails and left messages with no response . SCAM

I ordered shoes on 9/14 and still haven’t received them or any update that they have shipped. They were responsive early but never true updates, only copy and pasted responses, in the last 10 days I have been requesting a refund and now they have gone silent!!!! This definitely seems to be a SCAM! I order shoes regularly and have never dealt with this before! Stay away from this company

I placed an order thru them over a month ago and have yet to receive it. I continuously ask for a refund and they don’t respond til a week or so later stating that they have high call volume. I don’t recommend they fraudulent bootleg company to anyone….. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THEM…… ITS A SCAM!

If I could leave a 0 I would. I ordered the Kobe sneakers and had no idea they would be FAKE. I tried to send them back within the 7 days and they DELIBERATELY did not respond so that I would go past the 7 days. PayPal is also a SCAM they perpetuate the fraudulent behavior and make you believe they are investigating but they are not. BEWARE and do not order ANYTHING from this site.

Please DO NOT! Order from this company. Ordered shoes a month ago and have not received my shoes, ask for a refund and have not received. I will report to my bank and have them reverse my money which will intel the bank reporting them as well.
