Go over and beyond for customers

I had a really great experience. The food is amazing and my dog has an amazing coat because of it. We had ordered a package and unfortunately it got delayed due to a train derailment and I called PawTree and they were so nice and were able to expedite the food to our home so thankfully my dog did not miss a meal. I was shocked by the exceptional customer service.

The issue I have is that you over pack…

The issue I have is that you over pack your boxes and they are too heavy for me to carry inside. Both times I have received my deliveries the boxes were busted open so I had to remove everything individually. I would have done that anyway because the boxes are cram packed and too heavy to carry. Please do not over pack the boxes.

My puppy loves paw tree kibbles

My puppy loves paw tree kibbles! I love the flavor variety I can just sprinkle on without having to change dog food brands. Paw tree is made of high quality ingredients and that's something I look for in my puppies food.

A “reorder” button would be more convenient!

I like the website but I wish there was a “reorder” button in our order history so we don’t have to keep going back thru the site to click and order each individual item. Sometimes the site takes a while to load so having to go through a find each item can be a bit of a hassle sometimes. A “reorder” button in our order history would be much more convenient!

I was very pleased with all the items…

I was very pleased with all the items for my future puppy. The only thing of concern, was the box was 1/2 ripped open when I received it. A shipping issue but luckily, everything was still inside and fine.

Our pet thinks the food is wonderful…

Our pet thinks the food is wonderful however, so did a neighborhood cat that got into the box left on the porch and ate both bags of treats before we got home.
I wish the delivery person would have chosen a better spot to leave our box.

This is my first time ordering via auto…

This is my first time ordering via auto subscription. I’ve had UPS reschedule delivery twice now. Original delivery was for Saturday 5/4, rescheduled for 5/6 and now I just received a new update for 5/7. It is very frustrating to have something as important as dog food be rescheduled. :/ I’ve never had a problem when I ordered prior to signing up to autoshipment.
