charge without warning

The personnel - and the advice I was provided with - were good, but I would recommend you avoid them (unless you have deep pockets). Despite me never agreeing to their T&C's , I was charged for the initial discussions I had. I was never informed I was 'on the clock' so was a bit of a surprise to receive a bill before I had even a chance to consider the initial proposal. Needless to say, I didn't proceed with the task I originally approached them about, as I could see it turning into a 'money pit'.
