The most fantastic customer service I've come across to date
I am a payroll provider to a moderate size number of small clients. I have had the utter pleasure of dealing with Chris & Laura from sales along with Chris from support and I could not recommend this service highly enough. PayDashboard has given me the ability to provide a service that was previously only available to the larger firms. For a very reasonable cost per client (currently only slightly higher than producing mailed security slips, which will change as I get more on board) I'm suddenly able to provide something that none of my local competitors do. I would absolutely suggest going for the full branding option, as for a bit of an investment, you get something completely tailored to your own business. Both Chris and Laura have been extremely attentive, personal and knew exactly how to help. I was made to feel like the only client they have, whereas I'm only small in comparison to some of the others I'm sure! If I could give these guys 6 stars, I really would. I'm very excited for where this service could take my business - and its not often you can say that about anything!

Using Pay Dashboard got me a 3k cheque in the post
I read an article on Pay Dashboard about wrong tax codes, which prompted me to check my payslip and realise I was on BR - or Basic Rate. A tax code I had just learned was very wrong. I called the tax office and it looked like they'd mistakenly had me down for working two jobs for the past two years. They amended their paperwork, sent out a new tax code to my employer and I received a lovely cheque for 3k in the post! And because I was being over-taxed, I also ended up getting more in my pay slip each month too. A very welcome surprise for me. Thanks Pay Dashboard.
